Man, I just watched an interview from Kanter on TV. No thanks. I want Derrick Williams, but he'll be taken, and I guess Walker or Night are interesting. Trade for a decent center. I think on court communication might not be great with a guy that doesn't speak English too well and has a chip on his shoulder. I thought it was interesting that when James Johnson came onto the team, it seemed to me that the Raptors communicated more on defense.

I don't like picking young players that have an attitude of "choosing" their teams. It shows immaturity, and they may eventually want to ditch the city. There has been several occasions where rookies demanded a trade from the team that were drafted to.

It's too bad that Kanter does not want to play in Toronto, I actually like his skill set.

Enes is one of the best players in draft, so i bet Washington wants him. But he is not their main need. Enes wants Washington, not Washington wants Enes.
Little over the top

I think the draft may fall out like this:
1 - Cavs - Williams
2 - Minny - Irving
3 - Utah - Kanter (replacement for Okur and Utah love their big men)
4 - Cavs - Knight - best 1-2 duo in the draft IMO
5 - Raps - Jonas/Vesley/Bismack - I like Bismack's defense though Vesley is pretty good. I know Martynas loves Jonas but like the other 2 none of them are strong enough or ready for the NBA - any one of them could be the project BC mentioned. I think the buyout with Jonas could be an issue (esp if he doesn't want to come here) so that would leave Bismack or Vesley and I would take Bismack. I'd pass on Walker as these other 3 are the next BPA IMO

Wow. They just interviewed Doug Collins, who has the #16 pick, and he seemed really into it. I wonder if Triano is there?

I would take Walker over any of those options and not even hesitate.

I like Jonas, but I would take Enes over him. But Kanter being very cocky so far. HE refused to talk with TOR and UTAH. Utah also has a lot of bigmen so they should pass on Kanter. ANd no way CAVS pass on Irving or take Knight before Jonas. They were very interested in both. Their priority in draft was 1. Irving 2. Barnes 3. Jonas V.

It should be
CAVS Irving
MIN Williams
UTAH Knight
CAVS Jonas/Enes
TOR ?

No it shouldn't. Williams should be 1st and Knight will drop to 4. Utah has a better version of Knight called Harris. With Okur going into his final year and all the injuries theyre gong to need a replacement.

One a side note, who gives a fuck if enes turns down anyone. Draft the bitch and he can either play or sit his ass down or trade him to a really shitty team.

And i dont think the Caves will touch Jonas, they need help now.

Raptors won't draft any of those guys. I actually think it's almost certain they don't pick a big.

@op, please post the link to the article next time.

Enes Kanter skips out on three pre-draft interviews - Ball Don't Lie - NBABlog - Yahoo! Sports
-----------------------------

I'm glad to see this. I'm really hoping we take Bismack or Knight. I really didn't want us drafting a guy with a injury history anyways.

Cavs scouted Jonas more than anybody else. They are far away from contending, they don't need a most ready guy, they need guy with the highest ceiling.
And Cavs drafting Irving. They are very high on him. Their GM said he thinks point guards and centers running this league and he wants to get both through the draft.

WTF are you talking about. You think Switzerland doesn't give out birth certificates?

If he was turkish born this would still be a pretty ignorant statement.

I know he born in Zurich, but it doesn't prove anything. Ilyasova also born outside of Turkey, but his birthdate fas faked. It's Turkish federation, several similar examples were revealed. A lot of talked about topic, that he actual born in 1989, not 1992. Only several people knows the truth.

OK, Kanter doesn't want to be here and I definitely don't want him here (next Darko)
And BC will be very careful about pikcing another Turk with attitude problems.
Phew

Vesely is a scrub, doesn't belong to lottery. He is long and he can dunk, thats all.

Our draft board should look like
Valanciunas
Knight
Leonard
Biyombo
Walker

Martynas, I just noticed your not a Raptors fan. What team are you a fan of (From the NBA)?
