I got that now. Why is it such a big deal that I didn't know what it meant? I don't know a lot of the terms.

No worries! I honestly just don't know what some things mean, I don't pay close attention like most of the guys on here. I don't know the ins and outs, I admit.

You guys are my basketball Yodas. I learn from you jerks.

I think Wright is one of those guys who takes coaches words in timeout too literally.

Triano: move the ball - Wright pulls off amazing passes with court vision
Triano: play with energy - Wright outhustles everyone
Triano: defend opposing guards - Wright literally gives them no air with long hands and quikness.

But given freedom to act on his own he will pull spin moves into traffic and shoot 0-5 from 3 range.

Those long outlets and no-looks hardly speak to the lack of initiative.

Great post.....

Wright needs more consistent minutes, but Kleiza should still be the starter. I don't get what the big deal about starting is on here... as soon as a guy goes on a roll, he should be the new starter? Wright deserves more minutes, but is a pretty good energy guy off the bench that plays defence to offence, exactly what he should be doing. I feel sorry that Weems doesn't have a role to play on this team anymore.

Why is it acceptable for our starters to get anally destroyed in the first quarter and the bench to bring them back in it? He should be the new starter cause he brings way more to the table than Linas Chuckza

don't overblow his value... I love the guy.... but you're absolutely underselling Kleiza. Both aren't stud SF's, but they are good enough players that give different skillsets. Julian as an energy guy off the bench that doesn't look to score first and foremost is a great thing. Kleiza off the bench is going to come in jacking.... I think he's a better player starting and Wright's a guy that isn't complaining about being a bench player, why disrupt that?

Also, we were leading against Chicago after the first quarter.

lol i wouldnt be surprised if kleiza is traded pretty shortly. Julian Wright is a great fit next to Jose and Bargnani.

What the heck has Kleiza shown lately to show any value? hes been SHYT. airball postups all day. and he doesnt bring the HUSTLE that julian does.

It's a long season, and you need guys to play minutes... Kleiza rebounds well, can post up play decent defence against bigger 3's and some 4's... he's pretty versatile. He's no allstar... so what are you trading him to get back?

The guy signed a long deal here this summer, and it was clear that management wanted him last year too.... I doubt they look to dump him now. Not saying they wouldn't trade him, but he's not their first choice to move.

Julian 'Money' Wright does deserve more time though... let's support the young one.

I wouldnt trade Klieza, I would however ave him come off the bench.

I like the way that He and Barbo play together and they would inject alot of offence off the bench which is needed.

Starting lineup needs hustle and defence from the wing spot, Wright brings that in spades.

I actually love the way Barbosa and Wright play together. Compliment each other nicely imo.

I keep seeing Kleiza given credit as a post-up player. He's not. As much as he worked on that aspect of his game in Europe, it hasn't translated well to the NBA. Against the right matchups it could be a positive aspect of his game to exploit, but mostly it's just a dreadful thing to behold.
