Raptors Julian Wright

If given the playing time and defined role, how do you think he'll perform? Personally, I haven't seen his game since this year as a Raptor so I'm not really sure. But I think if he's given the time and a defined role, he can be a solid bench player. May force his game, but he'll still contribute but I dont know about his consistency. Rant and discuss RF members!

Can't be any worse than pilon Kleiza, all he does is rebound the ball if it goes right to him. Atleast wright can play defence

We really could've used him today. We needed perimeter defense badly.

In the couple of games that Wright played earlier this season, I liked him. He always seemed to know what the good play was and made a bunch of dime passes and smart moves that led to great buckets. He can try to go a little too far on offense, but then again doesn't everyone at one point or another? I wouldn't mind him getting a few more minutes, but with all our 2's and 3's it's hard to fit him in. All in all, I look at him as player who is very smart and knows what to do with the basketball, knows his role and is a hard worker on both ends of the court.

Wright is a LOT worse than Kleiza. What is it that Julian Wright does well exactly? Turn the ball over?

In a couple of games he look pretty good especially on the defensive end but the last few games he did get into, he started jacking up 3s, which the JT has benched him since...

I say until he does the things he can do really well ie.
Rebound, defend & take the ball hard to the rim off pass's then he will again get some PT

Well tonight I would be much happier seeing Granger defended by Wright than Weems, Demar or Kleiza...

Wright has potential... he just needs some consistent minutes. He has the tools and the athleticism to fit in nicely with this team.

Like Weems and DD... he just has to play within himself and not try to do too much.

he's a good defender, and atheletic..
