Default JT needs a seriously quick hook for some players

OK, JT really just needs a seriously quick hook for one player (Moon), because Moon can NEVER again have it in his D-league head that it should be he who will take the most important shot of the game.

Really Moon........less than a minute left in the game against Boston, your team is down by five, you have a wide open Bargs to your immediate left, who just hit a three seconds ago, and you, YOU decide to shoot.

Any time Moon takes a shot and doesn't drive it he needs to get the hook. It does not matter if he makes the shot, becasue if he makes it (as we all know) that only gives him the idea that he should continue to shoot and not drive the ball.

Other teams constantly put their wost defender on him or double off him. He needs to have that shot to punish them, else we're playing 4 on 5 on offense

So are you advocating for Moon to continue to shoot, and perhaps even shoot more?

Moon is never going to be a player that punishes teams for leaving him open, and even if he starts to make more shots other teams will continue to defend him the same way they are now (treating him like a pylon). The only way he will ever be an asset offensively is if he starts to drive way more than he is now, every other starting player on the floor for the Raptors is currently a jump shooter, we need the SF to be a driver.

If teams keeping do it Moon will keep shooting, cause no one has the balls to tell him to stop.
There is no leader on this team.

Moon has to shoot those shot, only thing is he has to make them.

If not then he shouldnt be on the court.

A team cannot play to what the other team wants. The other team wants Moon to miss or else try to pass it off-they are waiting for it.

Its the same thing when Bosh catches foulline extended and holds the ball for 5 seconds, teams know this and adjust before the move is made.

Would you stop blaming Moon for shooting?
I'm pondering why he had 0 rebounds in 1st half.

If that was directed at me Im not blaming him.

Mabey one or 2 shots a game I would rather him not take, all the others are ones he is basically forced to take by the defense.

I agree that Moon should drive alot more he has the hops and can dribble penetrate to the hole. But folks he shot the ball well 6-10 on Sunday. The guy that was horrible was Parker going 2-10. This guy missing open shots made the differance. He was not the only one missing shots though, the team just had a bad shooting day. There should be no blame casted at Moon for missing that one shot when others missed alot more then him.

Why necessary to shot, specially the long threes? He can drive to the hole and force the defender stay on him. Actually will be even better if he drives, he can break down the defense. We already have other shooters, we really don't need Moon to be one more.

Moon should simply not be taking 3 pointers. Has anyone noticed that JK's been driving to the rim lately while Moon has been camping at the three point line?

I don't mind Moon taking shots, just no more 3's in critical situations.

Moon should be given the hook more often
I like Graham his potential is limited, but the man hustles.

You guys suggesting he should drive alot dont realize he has no handles, is scared to dunk in traffic and just isnt that kind of player, but hey, why not ask Kapono to dunk on ppl too.

this is what he needs to keep doing to stay on the floor.. boston let him shoot and covered Bosh and Bargs all afternoon... AP had a bad game, JK had a bad game and Will and Roko had bad games... we can't have that many bad games at once and win.
