convinced that Raptors fans are only happy when they're unhappy.

If versatile as in absolute shit, then yes .... yes you are.

I really hope he was being sarcastic.

what he means by 'playing the one and five' is that his ass is pretty good at warming the seat for the starting centre and point guard while his versatility allows him to sip 4 flavours of Gatorade and simultaneously chew two types of gum.

I still have faith in you, Joey. But that's why you're not getting paid to think.

He's the most versatile player in that he can wear any type/colour of warmups, can sit on any spot on the bench and can stand wherever in the huddle during timeouts while the coaching staff talks to the players who actually play.

I think the commercial they still play on Raps TV from last year with Jose in MSG screaming "Joey" repeatedly until he finally gets his attention and says [jose] I'm going to pass jew de ball[/jose] is extremely telling.

Sam should have Garbo start at PF in his crutches. We'd get more rebounds.

I still think Joey deserves another substantial chance. maybe not as a starter, but i would like to see him get some consistent minutes.

True, he has been inconsistent, but he's done a lot of good for this team and has stepped it up in the past for me to think that he shouldn't just be thrown to the dogs.

I partly agree with you, Benzo.

Joey is pretty versatile, in fact he is a prototype for a perfect player, physically.

He's like Lebron, only, without Lebron's game.

Joey Graham with a healthy attitude adjustment and a 180 degree turn around on agressive play would be the very guy we are searching for. I wonder if anyone has bothered to tell him that.

I wrote him off two years ago.

Joey can start at pg, just look at the last paragraph:

Quote:
The Raptors practised at Champions Sports Complex in Orlando on Tuesday, a gigantic facility equipped with basketball and volleyball courts, batting cages and arcade-type games. After practice, the Raptors gathered around a game that measures the velocity of a thrown punch. Graham set the new high score.
Start him at point, have him punch the opposing PG in the face, then bring Jose or TJ in to mop up vs 2nd unit guy.

I have to admit he would probably be the last guy I would like to fight on this team.

Yup, I always hoped he'd be an Artest-like player, but he's got nothing going on upstairs and is all talk.

wasn't everybody excited about him coming into this season? I remember it was reported that he dunked on Bosh during practice and the sky was the limit for him. lol. The Toronto media is too gulable.

I'm with you fancy. When he's good Joey, he can be a force. The problem with Graham though, like Humphries, their offensive game is very limited, but they always seem to over-step their limitations/game and try to do too much. If he sticks what works and his bread and butter, he could be a solid player.

I swear it is one of those fake children licenses they give out with the cartoon pictures on it, and it probably restricts him to only flying kites... on 0 mph wind days.
