He didn't see this coming. He thought he and Bosh would make an incredible twin tower duo

JO was a a risk that didn't pay off. I still have hope for BC to salvage the situation

it was more like Indiania sent him in straped with bombs to self implode our organization this trade might set us back 3 or 4

your right the BC will find a way to salvage it not this year but next year

I'm still confident BC will get us to the next level next season. The fact is he took a risk that was popular, especially here. The fact that it hasn't worked out shouldn't have everyone throwing him under the bus. His first two seasons were good here and this year just hasn't worked out.

BC imo has 6-8 months to make the right moves/decisions that can set us back on course going forward. Bosh's situation,JO trade or not,AP's situation,FA signings,Choosing the right Coach.

If he gets the majority of these things done right, we'll be fine.Next fall i will make my assessment on BC.

I don't know if I'm happy or not for him saying "record" instead of "team".

Sure ... but I don't remember to much complains at the time when Colangelo traded for JO, everyone was happy about that bet Colangelo took: if it doesn't work out, we have enough cap space in 2010

That's inferred ... that record belongs to a team, isn't it?

I'm not complaining, I was for that trade too. The trade looked good in theory but sometimes risks don't pan out. At least JO's contract still has high value even tho the player does not.

That's the all point of taking the risk ... and that is the reason I don't blame (too much) Brian Colangelo for that trade. I am looking forward to see how he will fix this mess, though. Colangelo have to get out of this situation, his reputation is at stake.

BC made the right decision to get JO, only things he forgot about was to get a slasher to compliment him with and to get a coach to implement a new system.

3/4 a euro team with JO is a bad mix. Garbo and Delfino and Rasho left, so he should have made a better mix by acquiring a slashing 2/3 and get rid of some of our shooters.

BC saw the NJ and Orlando series and realized that a team needs a tough big man in this league to have any kind of chance in this league. (including when you win 47 games and face a team that was around .500 that ends up dominating you).

We couldn't have gone out and got a good slasher because after a trade that saw 3 players leave our roster for one in return, we had pretty much nothing to offer in a trade outside of Bosh/AB/Jose. And we had no funds to sign anyone else. And when you have no money you end up with players like Solomon/Moon/Adams/Voskhul/Jawai on the team.

I wouldn't bail if I played for Memphis unless I was an amazing player that any team would want other than that I wouldn't bail
