When all is said and done, this trade could end up being worse than the Vince trade.

T.J. is a very talented PG who puts up pretty good numbers and can be pretty clutch. He's fast and penetrates, which is something no one we have left does.

Rasho is a solid and efficient center. My only beef is that he does layups instead of dunking, and once in a while will miss a bunny.

The real kick in the teeth is that we exchanged draft picks. Why why why did we do this? Now we've got a guy who might never play in the NBA, and gave up the promising young Hibbert.

All this for a player with average production making $22m per year? Insane.

It was a gamble and really, what did you guys think was available for a kid one bad fall from being out of the game for good? A kid, who's not even starting anymore on his new team.

JO has been great. He's doing what had been expected and then some. He's had some bad luck with injury, but big fucking deal.

People need to stop inventing conspiracies because the team is losing. When does the blame extend to Herbie or the ushers?

He's contract is also a huge asset, so bitching about how much he makes is pointless and it was our GM not he who depleated the roster of the depth we've had the last two years.

I hope that people are posting these messages to get a rise out of others, rather than actually believing what they're writing...

would it matter? whether the whole roster is intact or not, we'd still get a slap of 'L' in the long run. unless they're up against a team like the Clips then that's just a shame for some reason...

The thing is... we would've lost this game anyways...so who really cares. We might as well sit im out for this game and the next one. WE have no chance in winning so what's the point ininjuring him even more

Considering I've been a Raptors fan for 13 years, I'm kind of used to the losing by now.

For people blaming JO trade, just go back and read your messages you posted right after trade. Almost everyone was saying I like this trade, if doesn't work then Raptors has cap space in 2010. So, suck it up guys, that trade can't be reversed, all we can hope is to either sign a guy or two in 2010 that can help Raptors, either trade JO next year to teams looking to create some cap space.

Its unfortunate that JO will be sitting this one out, but this is a game the Raptors could still win. Despite the Rockets looking pretty good most of the year they have lost to some really bad teams, so there is hope. They've lost to Memphis, the Clippers and the Wizards so far this season, and chances are McGrady wont be playing since they are in a back to back.

When do JOs injuries stop being "bad luck" and start being commonplace? I mean its been a few years of this and that, i would hardly think its bad luck, the guy is a walking injury waiting to happen.

Oh and JO seems like he is one knee twist from being out for good, except he is older, higher paid and less durable.

We aren't talking about his left knee, which has been the source of his problems in the past. Again, it was a gamble and that was common knowledge right form the start.

Does a shorter contract mean anything worth more when it expires mean anything?

I guess if being much worse now doesnt mean anything. Im just saying JO has missed more games then TJ this year, and he will probably miss more in the future, its far from bad luck, its how the rest of his career will go, he is just a brittle dude.
