There likely isn't much difference... lol.... a consultant is going to have imput much the same. Thank God.

You don't need to overstate things so much.

Triano did a good job of letting players play and make mistakes; that time is now over and Casey can pick up the reins. There's no reason to shit all over Triano - he was handed a situation that was not ideal for any coach and did as well as he could.

Not much diiference? So consultants are in the dressing room all the time now, help run practices and travel with the team? Oh..ok then. Didn't know that, thanks for setting me straight. BTW, i think by him saying he'd talk to Triano once in a while means very little. If he had that much respect for him and wanted his input so much he'd keep him as an assistant. And what's with wanting to move forward half assed? Let's can Triano b/c he's not cutting it as a head coach, but let's keep him as an assistant? This team needs to Fully move on with fresh eyes and fresh voices.

a few things i noticed from the interviews i watched / listened to

- He mentioned the core players of DD, Bargs, Calderon, Bayless, JJ and Amir (he left out Ed davis)

- On the radio interview with Mcowan he said we have a solid young core of Bargs () DD, Caldy, Bayless, JJ and Amir

And again he left out Ed Davis... Does he know he plays on this team and is probably the best defensive big we have? I dont get it... Did he forget or does he know something we dont know about Ed's future..

Probably nothing but... twice today i thought to myself... hey the guy left out our last years steal of the draft TWICE

Yeah i noticed that as well. They showed One on One with him and Matt Devlin last night on NBATV and he was sepcifically asked about Ed Davis and all he said was he needed to improve offensively and get stronger. He said nothing about his defense, shot blocking or rebounding skills. He didn't seem to care to be honest.

“In the playoffs, we spliced in some hockey into our game film because we thought we were playing too soft at the start of the Miami series and it really set the tone. I don’t know a lot about hockey, I’ve heard about it, but we spliced in guys checking players up into the windows and boards, that type of thing. That’s the way we’re going to play.”

Lol I don't mind the hockey mentality of toughness, as long as they don't start playing on skates I'm good. Lol

I'd rather see NFL toughness, NBA players getting tackled would be fun to watch.

Am I a puckhead? I tend to think of myself as an equal-opportunity pucker.
