So for the first time, EVER, we get one of the better FAs on the market to choose us over an up and coming team in the STATES, and all of the sudden we are fucked?

The salary cap is not as important as you might think. You guys talk about SC like all the big shot players are lining up to come here. Money is one thing, but PLAYERS WANTING TO PLAY HERE IS ANOTHER.

And I like HT better than SM. At least he can shoot man, a decent pick and roll partner. And he is clutch, something we have missed.

And I THANK GOD that AP is leaving. He sucked last season. His defense was shit, his shooting was shit, he only showed signs of good when he was playing point, where he was much taller, and also didn't have to do much but to swing the ball or dump is in the post for AB or CB.

I will miss McSexyDelfino , but he was streaky, and also nothing too extraoridinary.

our bench is thin, I agree, but BC is not done.

And imagine the prestige we just acquired as a franchise. Our GM is pretty decent. Say what you will about Hedu, but BC got who he wanted. Now even if Bosh leaves, we will still have a decent team with AB, Jose and HT.

And I really like that better than SM.

And also, if SM was so good, he would be gone by now, or at least some serious offers would be for his ass, none so far (as far as we know anyway).

Same goes with AP, no team has offered him a deal, what does that say?

AP and SM's positiotns were two of our weakest links, and now we have a much better 2 and 3. DD is athletic, and Hedu can make shots.

So what's up guys? Our team is moving forward man, I think we should do the same. Be a little positive and don't get all emotional.

I think alot of us are confused Rasam and are quick to jump down BC's throat right now. I'm going to sit back and trust that he knows what's he's doing and is still not done this roster makeover.

I've been really busy, so never got the time to post, but I've been reading and I was just surprised.

We can have 60 million dollars in SC, but look what just happened with Artest.

SC means nothing if nobody wants to play here.
Look what happened with Salmons.
He didn't leave for the extra 2 millions, he left cause he didn't wanna play here. And in contrast, you see players getting a cut just to play for a team that they like. I like Hedu better than Gordon, or CV, or SM. Our team needed a change, we got it.

We are a better team today than we were last week.

He said: "I can get whoever I want, so you better stick around here, get the extra year with better money, and trust me to make this team a contender."

I'm not saying that's gonna happen, but BC did some sleazy magic here, and now he is gonna have to get us some bench.

And guys need to remember, jumping and running fades quickly with age, but shooting and clutch doesn't.

I like the analogy, the only thing is D12 is a monster. Plus they had really good 3point shooters. We only have Cald, Hedo and Bargs. They are good, but we dont want Bargs standing at the top of the 3pt line half the time.

I don't think the Magic's starting lineup is the perfect team. What works for them doesn't necessarily means that it works for us.

You are putting too much weight on the fact that they've had one lucky season and became title contenders. Also, did you forget that they had a championship caliber coach in Van Gundy?

The mistakes "S"VG made during the finals were so bad, that me as a very inexperienced coach, felt superior to him.

Messing up the team's chemistry by bringing Nelson? Effectively pissing off RA, and ruining your own team's great tempo?

Fisher didn't shoot it over him, Fish's shot was uncontested three.

Also, with RA, they were winning. By benching RA for an entire quarter(forth), they just lost everything.
