If we were to trade Bargnani, what would be a realistic trade scenario?

Title says it all, I'm gonna go through some of the players in the league and their contracts and see what we could get for him.

I am so damn angry right now because if we would've dealt him in the offseason his value would have been close to an all-time high. He had those dozen games or so where he looked like an all-star and then he got injured so you easily blame the lack of production after on that.

NOW WTF do you do? He sucks, everyone KNOWS that he sucks and you can't pin it on anything because he didn't play in the summer and should be 100% right now.

I'm betting that we get a bag of chips back for him.

I've heard that Gortat is unhappy in PHX though... man... what I wouldn't give to be able to put a package together for him and Dudley and send Bargs or Jose (and perhaps Ross or Ed) back the other way.

No. Ed still has potential to be a legit starting PF in this league, and a double double guy. Left handed shooter, blocker, those are hard to find.

I'm not sure if you're serious. But, if you are, it doesn't work contract wise. Phoenix would be taking in way too much salary for what they are sending out.

For the record, I do think we'd be better overall with Scola instead of Bargnani, assuming Bargnani continues to shit the bed so much.

I'd love to keep Ed.... but PHX isn't just going to take our shyt and give us one of the best true C's in the league... that's not how it works.

And Dudley's a deadeye 3pt shooter and a versatile PROVEN defender. He's far better than Ross at this point.

Phoenix gets Maxiell (expiring 5 M$)

Toronto gets Jerebko, Frye and 2nd Phoenix round pick.

Bargnani maybe fit with Monroe and Drummond.

On second thought, Gortat would be easily moveable again. So, if you could somehow get him for Bargnani, do it and then worry about moving him later. He has value.
