If we were to trade Bargnani, what would be a realistic trade scenario? - Page 14

That said, I think Bargs would not be a good fit in LA.

There's already too many shooters on that team, and Bargs isn't worth playing if he's not shooting.

Milsap, for example, would be a much better option for them.

You can never have enough shooters on a MikeD coached team

Pau for Bargnani might happen only in some three-way trade.

Bargs wouldn't just be a shooter in LA.... he's just a shooter here because we're a terrible team. Look at how bad Jamison looked the last few years.... Bargnani would be a great fit alongside Dwight....

Let's face it, no team would take Bargnani and even more important B.C. values him more than his son, no matter how shitty he plays.

I bet you would build a team around Kleiza

This will finish the lineup of Nash-Kobe-Marion-Amare-Howard under Mike D'antoni's system.

Then lose to SAS again

NBA Trade Machine - ESPN

Here I go with my 3 teams trade; not sure about it though, especially with Stoudemire's health.

-1 for being sarcastic? also, people want stoudemire on this team

I don't see LAL wanting STAT or Cleveland wanting Pau either.

I evened you back up on that one! Feel better?

Agreed, not sure why Cleveland would be chasing Gasol.

Gasol for
Bargnani one deal that needs to happen

Article from Sam Smith of Bulls.com

Quote:
It’s obvious for the Lakers. Bargnani is the ultimate D’Antoni player, which is even why Toronto general manager Bryan Colangelo has tried to unite with D’Antoni for years. Why not? They had a brilliant run in Phoenix. And Colangelo just missed on Steve Nash last summer. Bargnani, a former No. 1 overall pick, has run out of affection in Toronto. But he’s a seven footer with an excellent three point shot who spreads the floor like few bigs. Nash is still out, and even when he returns isn’t a 30-minute player anymore. Calderon is in the final year of his deal and a point guard who plays pick and roll and scores and can be a perfect backup for Nash.
a little tidbit.

So with Lowry suffering through a nagging injury that could hamper him all year, we are going to trade Jose. And we need a big with tendinitis in both knees to get into the playoffs? A trade would have to involve someone other than Jose and bring more back this way somehow.
