If we were to trade Bargnani, what would be a realistic trade scenario? - Page 13

I wouldn't be surprised if the Lakers were the ones to initiate trade conversations for Bargnani and Calderon down the road. I’d really like to see how the Lakers as a whole play with Nash.

what about andrea Bargnani for enes kanter and gordon hayward

giving up on a player that we've waited for to logn to produce for two guys that have potential and could develop into solid starters

helps with our depth and also gives hayward a guy at the 3 we could try to develop into a solid starter who does a little bit of everythign

This trade would have been possible when Lebron was around in CLE.

Maybe we could extract Montiejunas from Houston...

He's developed really well since he was drafted.

Could be an awesome pairing with JV down the road.

Looking over Houston's roster - doesn't look like they have any high salary players to move.

Not sure how TPEs work, tbh, so maybe not possible.

Did he? He was a beast in Euroleague, and looked pretty good in SL, but now he doesn't get any playing time.. Would be a great steal for us, tons of potential there

Yeah, that's the problem.

I would love to see D-Mo, JV and Kleiza all in Raptors, they will play for the same (national) team next summer though. Sucks for D-Mo that he was picked by Houston, way too many players in that position there, was sent to D-league where he dominated, now returned but still no minutes on the floor. Seeing him in place of Bargnani would be pleasure for my eyes.

ED for Montiejunas works, but I don't think I'd do that if I were BC.

Amir for Montiejunas also works, and I would make that trade. Amir looks like he's plateaued as a 3rd-4th big on a decent team (in other words, very replaceable).

I would not do any of those, while i think D-Mo has potential to be way better than either. He is not proven at nba level we could get something more than straight up Motiejunas for Ed/Amir

Ed and Amir have very similar roles, so I think it makes sense to move one of them and play the other more.

In the past Ed has been very inconsistent, but this season he looks much better. Even when the stats aren't there for him I always see a strong presence on the floor.

I doubt Utah does that, they're looking to trade some of their logjam at PF/C to improve at other positions, not add to it/maintain it.

Gasol probably doesn't have many more years in him as a starter.

I would want a 2013/2014 first round pick in addition to Gasol and a back up PG if I were BC.

The 2013 pick would probably be higher, but 2014 looks like a deeper draft.
