If we draft a guard then he will dominate the ball alot on the offensive end, but if we don't draft a guard you can expect DeRozan to dominate the ball. The offense will run through DeRozan. Casey is basically in love with DeRozan and will let him take the reins of the raptors. Since it is 'free flowing' it will actually be good for him. Get ready for the DeRozan era.. this could either be really good or really bad.

did you not hear what dwayne casey on how hes going to make this team produce on offense? its random pick and roll offense, the bigs are going to get alot more touches in the paint and everyone is getting there fair share as long as they work for it, this is a team now not a superstar centred mess

I heard they want to get rid of 3pt shooting so DD is gonna became a very dangerous player....

Kobe speaks highly of him, and DeMar's work ethic has been compared to Kobe's, one can only hope his offensive arsenal (or just overall game) will one day resemble the Black Mamba's

Isn't DD the worst three point shooter in league? Also he has to get the line at least 8 times a night for this team to be distant. Lots a pressure on this guy this season.

If their is pressure on Derozan to carry the load offensively, something is wrong. He isn't and won't become an elite scorer in this league.

He has the potential to outplay and compete with the best guards in the league, and he shows signs of being a great on-court leader. I love his game, but I think he has to much respect for his teammates to all of a sudden decide he needs to carry them offensively when historically he's never been that type of player or had success being that type of player.

I don't think Casey and B.C. are hoping to see Derozan heave 20 shots a game scoring 20-25 ppg.
