Default If Derozan wins the dunk contest

DeRozan in the dunk contest is perfect, because the raps have been playing extremely well, and he can get us on the map even higher by winning.

We're gonna have so much momentum moving forward if he wins, it's gonna be ridiculous.

Who knows what DeMar can do tomorrow?

This guy has massive hops, extreme work ethic, and I have a feeling he can pull something unbelievable.

Hopefully he does what I think he's gonna do, and add momentum to our already building momentum

Plus, I think the dunk in helped demar more than anything. For anyone who hadn't heard of Demar I think Yesterday they just got to know him. Rather than going into the dunk contest when not many people know you, having a dunk in before the big contest, front stage, when everyones watching, gave demar more exposure for tonight. This is going to pay off at the dunk contest

I don't think it's likely that he'll win, but it would be good buzz for the Raptors if he did.

Cheryl Miller botched that intro terribly.

As much as I love her as a basketball player, she's terrible in the world of broadcasting.

Seconded. I am a subscriber to NBA League Pass from NBA.com, and she's on some of the halftime programs they put on. During some of the hilights, she was whooping and hollering like a damn fool, and sounded like a complete idiot.

She is awful. I don't know how she can hold down that job for so long.

What did she botch btw?.. i missed the mistake.

As for Demar, i found him to be really classy and respectful when he spoke. He carries himself well. I like him

Brown will take it, let's hope Demar impresses though.

I cant fucking believe Demar wasen't chosen to be in the Rookie/Sophmore game.

Thats total fucking BULLSHIT

the guy is averagine better numbers playing less mins on a winning team then some people in that game.

He's avg 8.2 points and 2.9 rebounds, playing 21 minutes per game in his Rookie Season.

FUCK

Those guys are all putting up better numbers, bigger parts of their teams. The only thing I find discouraging is that all of the players selected save for Blair and Harden are from losing teams. Logically the lesser teams are going to have the better rookies, but by not rewarding a guy like DeMar for being a key piece of a winning team the NBA sends the message that losing is accepted.

All having better seasons especially when you look at the rebounding. And as far as the team records that pretty much goes out the window since most of these players were lottery picks.

Actually none of them were lottery picks. Jerebko a 2nd rounder even.

Actually i was talking about the rookies in general, which is why it means little to nothing at all when it comes to Derozan being on a team with a winning record.
