Joey has been on the sidelines for too long, f he was gonna break out he would have already done so. I think this guy is a wast of 2.5 million/ year when he does nothing and cant do anything when he is on the floor. And summer luege just shows that he can play with a buch of other people/teams that suck and are no where near NBA calabar. I say Joey is gonna be at the end of the bench forever.

I disagree, Joey will be at the end of the bench until the end of the year, until his contract runs out then he will be out of the NBA

Three seasons

I like Joey and all but i mean, come on....Joey who??

Nahhhh. He'll be picked up for a bench position or used by the Raptors as a throw in for a trade by february.

Wow, similar minds. To me, his body doesn't remind me of Corliss that much (wasn't Corliss a bit chubby towards the end of his Raptors career, and more of the Charles Barkley "big kaboose" build?).

But his game does remind me of Corliss, especially this past season. To me, the Joey Graham experiment at SG is already over - as a shooting guard, he's one of the worst players in the NBA. His game is that of an undersized PF in a SF's body, with no handles and very rigid in his mechanics.

He's effective close to the basket because of his body, quickness, and most importantly athleticism. But away from 10-15 feet he's useless. He reminds me of how we tried to convert Corliss into a starting SF, when really he excelled in a pseudo undersized PF role in Sacramento and later Detroit.

And Joey's game being best suited at PF makes him the most expendable Raptor, since we already have like 5 guys who can play there who are better than him. But injuries could play a factor, as always.

Probably one of the only positive posts I've seen from Ugo, and its about Joey "golden" Graham of all people.
