There are not many players that are untouchable, only maybe the few of the elite.

But JV is a guy you don't trade unless once you receive the offer it makes you fall out of your chair.

Wow the poll is identically split 50-50.

This will be interesting to revisit.

We need a better coach....maybe we can get Lionel Hollins. He'll feed JV in the post like no tomorrow.

I say we keep JV since his raw talent is rare. I just hope he gets a good post up coach coz that sweeping baby hook in the middle will only work so much.

People here must examine our history in terms of big men. We have never developed any big man we have drafted. This organization is so cheap in terms of hiring special coaches for big men. They did not do it with Camby, AB and finally with JV.
JV is a very very talented center, He is more talented than players like DH or Andrew Bynum, but those two players have had great special coaches teaching them. JV have the center you dream to have, as he is the type of players that comes rarely in decades. I would say we need a coach to make JV the first option of this team, and the floor will be totally opened for DD and TR.

So far he's shown he has no conditioning at all, he can barely jog back to play D half the time.

You forgot, we have former all star center Jamal Magloire tutoring Jonas.

I'm still pissed that Hakeem has never been brought in to teach our bigs. He kind of owes us for that last contract we gave him.

Well apparently Masai Ujiri has JV pegged as "virtually untouchable"

If he dresses up as the Grinch, then I wouldn't touch him with a 39 and a half foot pole.
