not sure the vote options cover the right zones. Pessimistic people think 30-35, realists think 35-40, optimists think 40-45, maybe 45+. That's partly my opinion coming into play there, but you see my point, maybe those would've given slightly more interesting vote results.

my guess is about 38 wins, but i'm leaning towards we could top 40.

36 for me. We're too young at some key positions and turnovers will kill us throughout the year.

I think we could be a .500 team this season.

Seem to have enough depth to handle some injuries and we've upgraded talent at a few spots.

Plus, Casey seems to be the right man for the job.

41 wins.

I don't expect a good start. i could see us going something like 7-13 the first 20 games.

.500 the rest of the way puts us at 38 wins. Very attainable imo.

No way that's happening this season. The Conference right now is 100x better, hell our division alone is a 100x better.

Boston is old

No one knows what New York will do

Philly? Bynum health concerns, they aren't a powerhouse by any means

Brooklyn, can they mesh right off the bat? This is the only team I think could be a really tough matchup.

Aside from Miami, We could beat any team in the east.

The western Conference is completely different, we would get destroyed by even the non playoff teams.

Boston being old means nothing. If anything, we're too young and that's worse.

NYK added some veterans who can play D (Brewer/K.Thomas/Camby/Kidd) and can gel the team together. I think NYK will surprise a lot of people and finish top 5.

Philly is weird because Bynum is always an injury concern. Even healthy, I think they're not that good.

Brooklyn is without a doubt better than us. I don't think Brooklyn will have a hard time meshing because the players fit well with each other...I think the more important question is, could WE mesh right off the bat? We have 2 rookies coming in, a new wing player, a new PG, and Jose taking on a different role among other things. On top of that, we're very young and inexperienced. Brooklyn only really added JJ and he's an ideal fit next to Deron anyway...so I'm not sure why people would question their chemistry.
