Default How Bad Do We Miss Bosh?

Check out these stats courtesy of supersub15 from the Real GM. I guess we don't give Bosh enough credit for his defense.

I wonder how many average possessions per game for and against we are with vs without Bosh..that could affect most of those numbers a bit.

It's not too complicated though, take an important cog out, and you shift over one spot, leaving a weak link. It's pretty hard on the team defence.

Seems to me there have been larger problems than just Bosh being out, with or without him they should have run the table throught the last 7 games.

Really, I think it boils down to confidence. Right now, I'd say our entire team isn't confident of themselves. Losing a KEY player in Bosh just adds to that loss. If you have a star player there maybe you feel you have a little more leeway in what you can do, maybe you feel that if you miss a shot or fall back by 4 you can make up that difference because of the star.

But right now, after watching this team in person on Friday, they have a huge confidence issue, espescially when it comes to their shooting.

I agree... we saw last year it took several games without him for the team to figure it out and feel good about playing without him. It should just be a matter of doing what Super said..but their heads mess that plan up.

also, our game is centered around Bosh, when he's out, there are adjustments to be made and that takes some time. Plus, we are in a funk right now, even when Bosh was playing, we werent playing all that great.

I know TJ's gotten enough hate, but I think a lack of chemistry hurts more than no Bosh right now. Rasho's as good at defense as Bosh so we shouldn't be hurting that much from losing his presence. We've just been lazy.

i think the one thing we miss the most is the very thing that can't be measured statistically. Bosh has a tonne of heart, and grit and he calls people out. we've been hearing things are coming apart on the floor, guys making too many mistakes and all of that. Bosh was the guy who brought it all together. guys would look to him, now they're just looking around...
