How many more games like today for Bosh with the same outcome and performance from his teammates before he starts losing faith in this franchise?

This is why I LMAO when people insinuate that Bosh is NOT a "franchise player".

Realize that if he was paired with guys like Parker and Manu or Pierce and Allen he'd be going to the Finals EASY.

Kid is GOOD.

I think we all know he's good. I just don't like seeing him flopping around and potentially injuring his knee, trying to win the game himself because the rest of the team are a bunch of pylons. I can guarantee that's one unsatisfying 40 and 18 for him.

You are describing the VINCE Carter syndrome, one ALLSTAR dragging a bunch of asteroids.
Hopefully these rocks won't turn on him and blame him for not taking them to the promised land!

Is a fan allowed to be proud of a player one has seen grow the way Bosh has? I know I am. I think he has all you want from a franchise player.

And he could leave us, let's be honest, other have done it before. Actually, is there anyone worthy who didn't? :|

Now, I hate to bring it up again, but that's one of the reasons I can't see Bargnani being succesful here and why I think trading him would be for the best. Bosh took a huge step forward in his third year. And he was practically alone in there. I don't see that with Bargnani. And while we wait to see what will become of his tweenerish game, the team might not progress far. And aside from Bosh, JO, Jose and Bargs, the rest of the team does little to help us. IMO, this team will make or brake before the next season.

He looked very dejected at the end of the game.I'm thinking the same thing. If BC doesn't start adding a few more pieces to start solitifying us as a top 3-4 team in the EC.Bosh may be gone in 2010.I think he's got until next season to set us up properly going forward or Bosh is likely gone.

Bosh is definitely looking better this year, much of it probably comes from the presence of JO on defense, which allows him to focus on offense (like Amare did in Phoenix after Shaq came). Nevertheless, don't forget that there are other players out there who have this kind of performance much more often (howard had at least two 30/20 games last season).

That being said, if he continues to play like this, there's a decent chance he might get voted in for the all-star, especially if we start playing better and move up the rankings.

Oh - and yet again I say -

Chris Bosh - Dwight Howard

•which one has heart and which one doesn't?

•which one keeps improving every year and which one never has done that?

•which one is truly committed to being one of the absolute best and which one obviously is not?

Answers:

Both, both and both! You must be thinking of Josh Howard right? Look at Dwight's numbers and the team's success and how it's improved every year and tell me you aren't a total Bosh-homer?

Believe me - I recognize how good the guy is. But he hasn't made the team better every year. In case you missed it - they added a few guys around him.

I can't see how he has improved his game, and I just don't think he cares to, and never has. If he did, like everyone keeps talking about, he'd be close to a lock as an MVP.

If he had half the heart that Bosh does, that team would be very hard to beat. But they do get beat.
