Id rather hire Van Gundy to not only coach but to do the color commentary at the same time. Hes tied with the czar now as best color commentator of all time.

i dunno, all the coaches that got fired who are supposed to be good (flip, avery) had great teams.
Flip had Detroit and Avery had the mavericks.

That would be great. Avery is a very controlling coach especially on the PG (as seen with Devin Harris then Jason Kidd) but could be what this team needs

I dont think Avery could turn Calderon into more of a robot than he already is. Joses a mess.

I thought it was funny what he did with Kidd last year, not involving him in any of the offence and forcing him to be a spot up shooter. Avery is too set in his ways and cant adapt, thats his biggest problem like the Smitch, difference is Avery had a system on both sides of the ball that worked.

Have we not discussed this a million times already? Avery and Sam are the same guy, just different height. God, I wish this would stop.

No way. I don't want Avery here. He seems like a crap coach that only accomplished something because of a good team

It's just that my cousin came from Dallas and a lot of my cousins came over. So it might be an all nighter

Aw come on Gurk, it was a legit question. The only way I would be up this late back when I was your age was if I was down stealing some of my Dad's Blue. Wait, are you and the cousins up stealin' booze? Gurk, don't start drinking yet man, you'll end up 32 in your basement typing at 2 in the morning and won't even see it coming.

Hire A.J.? Already?
I think Triano can still turn this team around or at least get 5 game winning streak ,which would be good sign of his abilities and team morale .I don't think that he used up all his time as a temporary head coach yet , give the guy a chance ,changing coaches is not something you do every month .Was letting Sam go right decision ? Most likely not ,especially when there was no descent coaches available to replace him , so B.C. must have had pretty good idea and trust in Trianos abilities to run the team when he was getting rid off Sam.
