Hey guys, Raptors are extinct.

So yea, it looks like the season is toast.... once again. We're better off starting our bench to develop Ukic, Soloman, Graham and Jawai. I'd bet they'd win at least the same amount of games as our starters, which is probably around 10 more wins, starting tonight for the rest of the season.

Contending for second-round placement in the placeoffs is a joke right now, not to mention actually obtaining that 8th spot. Take a look guys if you haven't been paying attention to the standings.

At the moment, we're the 8th worst record in the nba, so that gets us a medicore pick in a less than mediocre draft. I hope BC is doing his homework and his scouts aren't touring Europe because this franchise is going down the drain.

So yea, unless some miracle trade happens with JO, I don't see this team contending for a playoff spot. The hole is too deep, and I'm getting pissed off supporting a team that has no heart.

i know, loyal to a fault, definately not the kind of fan MLSE wants to shit on regularly, i mean i should show undying love for a company that has never really tried to spend the $ nessicary to bring a championship to Toronto, despite having some of the highest ticket prices and most loyal fans.... go be a sheep if it makes you happy, baaaaaaaaaa

look at the gab between us and the 8th spot.... 3.5 games... this is definitely not unsalvagable... and theres one more game left against the bucks that are in the 8th spot... the point is though, making the playoffs this season isnt success. this season has been a disapointment whether we make the playoffs or not. the longterm goal is for the team to improve and over the last two seasons that has been reversed. i think making the playoffs will simply give a false hope of achievement when there really isn't much to be proud of this season. It would be best if the team didnt make it and that reality really hits them.

Why wouldn't you think that based on how tough we played them in 3 of 4 games? And based on how much the Celtics struggled LAST year against a 37-win team ATL team.... I don't think it's that far-fetched.

you talk about heart and want to trade JO (the only one with heart) trade bosh, building around him is the root of the problem with this team.

Franchise is going down the drain?

Wow.

A Canadian team dealing with a smaller dollar, yet still in the top third of the league in attendance and financial health is going down the drain?

Did you mean the Team is going down the drain? That i can agree with.

Wow, nice video where the complete and total premise is to use Homophobic comments to degrade both the raptors, and the gay community of toronto that Stats canada has measured as 500,000 plus people in the GTA.

I don't support that shit.

With the team struggling, how long will it take before the fairweather fans who have jumped aboard since B.C.'s arrival abandon ship? This team was hemmoraging cash not that long ago, propped up by the Leafs financial might. I hope those days never return but we aren't the Knicks. The success of the franchise is closely tied to the on-court success of the team.

We suck but we still have a chance at making the playoffs. We are only 3.5 games back but we need to start winning. IDK but we have a minimal chance at making the playoffs

Not really, season tickets are the key, and the Box's. And Toronto will always be able to fill those.

as long as the maple leafs are doing well, the Raptors will be in the top 10 in the league. Most corporate boxes are sold in tandem, so if you want a leafs box, you also get a Raptors box. Given that the vast majority of ticket reveues comes from these boxes, the day where the Raptors are in trouble financially is the day when canada stops loving hockey ...
