jeffd are you sarcastic ?
they have done well on D at their spot.
yes offense isn't that good, but let's them some time to adjust, and i think we will be fine at sf this season.
i don't miss kleiza, but i really think he can help us win some games, especially close one if he can come back with 15/16 ppg and 5rpg.
kleiza is a solid defender, and in lituania he is a PF, so if casey uses him as a pf in the second unit beside JJ and magloire, i will be fine. he is 6-10 and only 27yrs.

i wish him well, especially a great come back, and no more big injury in the next 3 years.

i really hope he can produce, because he will increase his trade value at end of the season.

But he has not training with a team yet. Or no?
How can it be true, so short time?

Considering rasual has experience starting I domt mind him starting here for now. No doubt linas is a better player and will be welcomed with open arms when he returns....which should be soonish no?

I've missed him somewhat. JJ is fine and dandy but he can't play O or rebound like Kleiza. Dood had a double double and was shooting 3s on a REALLY bad knee. Hopefully he can recover fully and get back to how he was playing in the preseason before he got hurt.

I'm looking forward to his return. He a good scorer, he can post or shoot it from long range, rebounds, we are missing that at the SF position.

Kleiza and Johnson will be a nice platoon imo.

The way Butler has been playing, I cant wait any longer for Kleiza at this point. Although I want the confident pre season Kleiza who was aggressive and hitting his shots on a consistent basis. Not the fragile, panicky, turnover prone version who tried to do too much himself. Either way hes an upgrade offensively over butler no matter what. defensively not too sure.

If casey can get Bargs and jose to play some defense kleiza should be fine.

Kleiza is definitely a better overall talent than Butler, possibly JJ as well because he's so superior offensively in comparison.

I didnt like how he was used last season though, giving him the ball trying to create for himself, that's not his game, we need him to be a spot up shooter and post u[ some of the SF's he has a size advantage over

I read today (from LT side) that Kleiza has training already with a team, but it is not contact basketball. He is waiting permition from doctor, and he looks very good as after so long delay. Big possibility that he will start play on next week, on this week team will play 5 games.

dude had 10 rebounds last night, he needs to continue that. He and JJ combined for 20 boards..... that's exactly what they need from the three.

He also defended quite well, including bigger players. I've been and remain a fan.

In fact, at their current level of play, Jones and Kleiza take care of the cursed SF position quite well. If they could only sustain it...

could be a line up like AB/Kleniza/JJ/Babosa/Jose use more oftently in 3rd or 4th quarter?

this will give us more offense power for sure
