![]() We hear the term "out coached" a few times during the normal course of a season. My question is, has Dwayne Casey ever "out coached" another coach?
My reason for asking, is because i think he really is a bad HEAD coach for this team. He cannot get his players to execute his plays (if there even is a play drawn up), his offensive sets are brutal random, and time and time again involves isolation when this team has really BAD ball handlers.. His rotations are mind boggling, and is not the right person to be developing our rookies IMO. The media have now started to ask the question, specifically this week I've seen... How much of this is on him? And should he be held accountable. ITS MARCH, and we are seeing this team have the same difficulty with the same in bounds plays since beginning of the season. He was brought in to change the culture and teach defense, but at the end of the day if he cant get his team to do simple inbounds plays, hold leads, and teach them how to actually WIN in the 4th. He is not the right person we need here. Its time to part ways with him and BC, and bring in a very experienced and winning HEAD coach, and GM. And look, I don't care how you do it... just get it done. |

![]() Casey has his flaws and I think a different coach might have got them what? 3 more wins?, but either you have the horses that fit together or you don't.
Spoelstra will be a genius with job security now. If he had been here 3 or 4 years, he'd be bald, incompetent and unemployed by now. Same coach tho'. |
