Default Grange: Bosh Initiated Legal Action Before Baby Was Born

sports.theglobeandmail.com: Bosh facing lawsuit

There it is folks! Bosh started legal proceedings BEFORE the baby was born.

Bosh = good

Pre-judgers = scum.

According to court filings, Bosh initiated the/ legal battle between the former lovers before the baby was born, filing a petition in Texas, where he said he believed — pending the outcome of a paternity test — he and Mathis would "enter into a written agreement containing provisions for support of the child."

Bosh's paternity was later confirmed, but Mathis filed suit to have the case heard in Maryland, where she is living with the baby. Bosh believes it should be heard in Texas, where they "consummated their relationship sexually" and where Mathis stopped taking birth control pills "with the intent of getting pregnant."

This is why I think Grange is the best beat writer in the business. He presented both sides of the story did a little investigating unlike Feschuk who could have been mistaken for the Plaintiff's lawyer.

We already knew that and it doesn't change what is alleged in the story from yesterday.
But:
If yesterday's allegations are proved false and the whole thing is shown to be some trumped up, exaggerated bullshit by Ms. Mathis and her attorneys, I will be the first one on here to eat my words.

I haven't made a comment about this issue yet. Mostly waiting to hear more information. Sounds like Bosh certainly is a responsible guy.

Not surprised, I couldn't really picture him refusing to pay child support, he seems smarter than that.

Good Good news. Im extremely happy about this because I would not be able to cheer for a guy I didnt respect. All this situation is still really weird though.

Even in the documents presented by the plaintiff, if looked at closely enough, Feschuk could have seen that there was no issue of being a deadbeat dad. He could have seen complaints about an upset stomach and asked if there was some over-reaching, and what might be behind that. I'm sick of lazy journalism that basically takes information from one party at face value and does not do the work to flesh out a full story. But that is the journalism we seem to be stuck with.

I am sure the mother doesn't make it easy for him to see her either.

To me it sounds like Mathis is trying to maximize her gains - and Bosh is trying to minimize his losses.

Both parties are trying to screw the other side, but it doesn't nessesarilly look one side is more in the wrong than the other. Not at this point anyways.

and anyways, in a matter as "private" as this, i don't know that the public will ever know the real story. It's really none of our business.

We'll see how this all turns out.

but good on Grange for at least shedding a bit more light on the issue.

it seems like she cheated on him.

which is why they seperated. but the deed was done, and then they werent sure if the baby was his, or the dude she cheated with.

thats why the test.

the baby is Bosh's, which means his boys can swim, and swim well.

and now the fight to how much to pay.

I don't believe it.

There's no way Bosh's boys can battle for the open look at that womans ovaries.

He's a pussy!
