Default Go high risk

at 5th pick we don't really have much of an option but go high risk high reward. If it means taking Kemba/Knight/Biyombo so be it.

This teams luck when it comes to risk has been atrocious. I'd rather see a deal where we package the pick or hopefully move up somehow.

Copied from the other thread:

WOW man FUCK the NBA, IT'S ALL RIGGED!!!!!

Cleveland gets #1 and #4 because they have the worse talent in the league, and Stern wants them to rebuild a lot quicker because he wants Cleveland to bring in more money like when it was for LeBron.

Utah gets the #3 pick because of Deron Williams' departure and again with sales, ticket selling.

Washington gets #7 because they already had #1 last year, so Stern can feel good about bumping them 3 spots back.

IT'S ALL A BUSINESS MAN!!!

Either Knight/Walker will be there at 5.

I think C Nikola Vucevic will be available in the 2nd round too.

Edit: Opps looks like Toronto traded it's 2nd round pic to Detroit.

Yeah, that huge Cleveland market really rakes in the dough for the NBA when the Cavs are good.

Not to mention the bustling metropolis of Salt Lake City...

#3 and #7 in attendance records. Should plummet if fans didn't have anything to look forward too.

BPA

This team needs an infusion of talent, not projects.

To me its rigged. I mean giving Washington the 1st pick last year and now the 1st and 4th pick the Cavs and pushing us down to 5? Come on now...On a bright note though its still a high pick. Do the same thing as last year and get the best talent at the draft come our turn

yeah, but attendance is not the whole story
toronto might get fewer fans, but they are charged a lot more

anyway, conspiracy theories are bs, the draft is audited by a top firm. And before you start mentioning the accounting scandals of the past, it's one thing to risk your reputation for billions, and another thing to do it for something so unimportant like a major league draft.

let's be realistic here, in the grand scheme of things, if the cavs get a few more fans or toronto or minesotta, it's not going to make any difference. If anything, they'd have supported sacramento who's the most desperate team out there and in dire need of some success.
