Raptors Give Bosh some Respect... No Booing Bosh

I for one will not condone the Booing of our once fearless leader. Sure he may have left our city with not many prospects to hang on to. But isnt that the fault of our GM.
Bosh played his ass out for Toronto. He resigned with us as well and gave the management many chances to put together a great team to go to the playoffs. Bosh banged himself up night in and nightout for Toronto.

Remember when he came back all bulked up. He did that for us. He wanted to be a better player, a stronger player. I think that made him a proffessional and showed how much pride he took in his trade.

The date of Bosh's homecoming is swiftly nearing. I hope people will give him some respect and honor the guy for dedicating the bulk of his career, and quite possible his best years of his career to a great city.

The fans in the ACC should give the guy a standing ovation when he enters the arena. Because he deserves it. And the fans deserve it too.

He has a big ego.
Booing him actually would be respect signs. If crowd would ignore him like he is nothing, it would be more painful to him IMO.

Bosh isn't a fearless leader. Also he bulked up for his contract year, not us.

You know when Bosh got hurt at te end of last year when we were making a playoff push, he could've returned. He insisted on resting though

I don't even care about the whole booing thing. In my eyes, this whole thing is meh. M-E-H.

What about Bosh is so deserving of respect? Putting up good numbers while the team didn't amount to much in the end? The guy was good, but not that good and had a shitty diva attitude to boot.

but seriously though... i can't even get all worked up about his return other than i hope the Raptors win that game. as for Bosh: boo.... cheer.... whatever.

Bosh carried the load of a shitty team for many years. Kinda the same way Garnett did in Minny before he left.

We're focusing way too damn much on a player that isn't even here anymore.

It's like obsessing over a chick when she dumps you to be with a more successful dude.
We've got a team. Bosh ain't on it. He dumped us for a more successful one.

He doesn't need a bajillion threads about him anymore.

I kinda just wanted to get word out not to boo him and show a more classy side to the city, and our country.

actually the wolves were a pretty serious team for a decent stretch: had a number of seasons where they finished with 50 wins or more and while they weren't much in the playoffs, they did get to the conference finals once.

Garnett also stuck it out with Minny for 12 seasons which is substantially longer than Bosh here.

Had Bosh tried it out longer then who knows probably people specifically Raptor fans specifically myself would have more respect for him. but i don't.

The fact that Bosh cares so much about this makes me hope the fans make him cry.

I would neither boo nor cheer his return. I liked him while he was here... it was ultimately the best for everyone I think that he moved on. Good luck, we have our own stuff to worry about.

I'd clap politely. As ridiculous and misguided as he can be, he's still a good dude and I always liked him.

That said, and touching on what Acie said, I know he'll be booed and I'm curious how he'll react. He's kinda sensitive.

I like the idea of dead silence and whenever he touches the ball...now that would fuck with his head.
