Default Giorgios Printezis

Anyone remember this guy? Raptors traded for him on draft night (2006 i think) to get him from the Spurs. I know he's playing on the "star" studded Olimpiacos but i havn't heard anything about him in a long time... He's a 6'9 wing and it just popped into my mind since we're having some slight challenges at that position

Just curious...

I just checked, and considering he's playing around 14 minutes a game and averaging that I think it's pretty good. Childress is averaging 12 in 30 minutes....lol

It's hard to compare europe and the NBA because it's more of a team game..

I honestly don't care if his offensive game is s***. We don't need an offensive-minded wing. We need a tough SOB who will go after the boards.

Leave him in Europe... the raps have got enough bench warmers already playing.

LOL I saw a vid where he was in the dunk competions and he did some good dunks. Maybe that means he is a slasher, but remember that key word there maybe

It's not gonna hurt if the raps bring him over and experiment.

We have that in JO, Humps and even Bargnani this season. We do need an offensive-minded wing who can also play a little defense. I've come to grips that we'll always be an average rebounding team, but rebounding isn't the biggest and most concerning void on this team right now.

We need an athletic wing that slashes. This guy is 6-8 and after watching this vid he might be athletic:

That's true, but I've seen far too many possessions where we have our bigs down low battling for a rebound and our wings just stand there watching. I don't get why some of you feel the need for an offensive-wing. Sure, our offense is stagnant and we could use a wing that can slash. But I'd rather have a good defense rather than a good offense. Remember, rebounding win championships, defense wins games, and offense wins fans.

Ridiculous statement.
And how would you know? While you're at it, tell me the numbers for the lotto 649 since you seem to know what's going to happen ahead of time.

Yea I agree if we bring him too early and we just sit him because he isn't playing well that will cause him to not play well. I think it is best to keep him overseas until BC sees that he has developed and knows how to play the game well

He's a scrub, not even as good as Graham. Raps would be wasting a jersey and cap space.
