Out for a birthday dinner for my mother tonight and missed this "dandy" of a game. Looks like I should of remained at the restaurant and had a few more Erdinger's and drink away the sorrow of yet another Raptors loss.

So, what did I miss tonight fellas?

Bargs was on fire..

We played awful defence....14-2 run to end the third..up 6....enter T.J...2 missed lay ups..missed fadeaway....and a turnover....4 minutes pass...down 4.

Jose brings us back.

We can't play defense..game over.

Let's see...

Bargnani was awesome

Roger Mason owned us again

We were winning by 6 when Ford started the 4th, 3 straight possesions he drove into a horde of men and either forced up a tough shot or turned it over, Washington scored each time and tied it. He was ok after this but the damage was done, our momentum was gone and the rest of the players didn't know what to play with him. Sam as usual was 3 minutes late punishing him for this, by the time he came out the Wiz were up by 6.

Caldy played great and led us back to overtime.

Jamison owned in overtime. Sam made a bad move by not keeping Rasho in. Last possesion was Moon jacking up a 3 and then Blatche blocking us on the offensive rebound, but we were down by 4 so we'd be in trouble anyways.

We also sucked on the glass tonight.

Worst part of this is that Bosh apparently isn't going to be back in the line-up anytime soon.

Where is the "emo" smilie .... someone pass me a razor blade.

2 critical timeouts were called for us, and I'm not kidding Sam called the same play twice...even though it didn't work the first time...

Inbound to Jose pass to AP on a curl...fadeaway with a hand in his face.

Delfino's defense in the first half kept us in. What did he have three or four steals leading to easy buckets?

You can whine all you want about Mitchell. I don't recall the last couple of possesions, but I do recall AP making a wideopen jumper off an inbounds play at some point during the game.

We lost because once again in the crucial moments we couldn't keep them off the offensive glass and too much jump shooting.

Dont think he's ever done that
against seattle last season, not a game winning shot, but a 4pt play in the last seconds. Unfortunately Ray Allen tied the game, but we ended up winning in overtime.

Guess I missed that one

Wish he'd got that last 3 point shot instead of Moon tonight

wasn't that bad, the crowd was fantastic, by far the best game I ever been. It sucks that we lost, but I remember last year how we got so lucky with MoPete's shot against them, and we ended up playing NJ instead. If MoPete doesn't hit that shot, we play the Wizards in the 1st round and probably win in 5 ... Because of that damn shot Wizards dropped to #7 in the last game of the season.

Maybe this game will have the opposite effect, and we end up playing the Magic ...

time out play was fine, parker hits that more than he misses it, and he was open.

why dont you guys EVER blame the guys for missing.

honestly, they missed three straight golden chances to score on the last possesion.

Moon was good.

Bargnani was a ghost on defence.

Hump naile da dude.

Young was good

Carters buddy, showed why hes an allstar.

too much jump shooting is fine, if the ball is passed around and they guy taking the shot is open. Thats what happens when jose is on, a total team game. If there was too much of anything, it is that there was too much ford

Read a couple of last night's threads including this game thread raptor123 and that should tell you how well Ford played.

Ford struggled. He had nothing doing last night at all.
