Great team play by the raps - almost came undone at the end tho.

-For the life of me, I don't know why Derrick Martin was on the floor.

-BS call on Bosh near the end.

Gotta continue this run against Portland...

Its Darrick...if you get wrong he will come in a game and immediatly shoot a 3 ball...

He drives me nuts and may be the worst player in the league.

A wins a win, but for whatever reason I'm not proud of this win. Considering the Knicks looked and played like a bunch of Grade 5's who've never played basketball before, this was an ugly win.

With couple exceptions .... Chris Bosh. Flat out amazing. If he didn't show up tonight and play like he did, we likely would of lost. He played hard, rebounded well, played good defense and didn't stop driving to the basketball.

Jamario, although got a little lazy on defense in the 4th, overall played a great game on both ends. Some consistancy both offensively and defensively over the last couple games. I hope he can keep it up.

Jose, man he's a horrible on defense. I'd have to say that was his worst game since TJ going down. Shot the ball terribly too. Rest up Jose because Sunday's gonna be a handful for you and your teammates when the Blazers come to town.

So AP had 8 boards in the first half again and still no double-double...

can't blame the Raptors for letting the knicks back into it, I almost fell asleep in the 4th, and for a second I thought we must be in the last seconds of the game judging by the way players were moving on the court ... and then I realized that there's stilll 7 minutes to play. The Knicks are by far the worst team I've seen this season, their second unit tries hard, you almost feel sorry for them ...

I feel your pain Benzo and moremilk, but we have to give Jose some rest at some point and quite frankly, I'm just as nervous when Juan's running the point as when Darrick's in control. I'm more comfortable with Martin because he can actually handle and dribble a basketball. Dixon dribbling up court is just an invitation for a steal and turnover.

MAn Doc, I liked calde in this game,Ok he shot baldly, but he created so many oportunities for the rest of the team. His defense was meh like always.
EDIT:well I have to say that the knicks help creates those too...

First half? Absolutely Bel, but I'm thinking the excess playing time is catching up with him right now, hence why Martin played as much as he did tonight and also why we're hearing so many rumours that BC's looking to acquire some help.

So, I take back comments on Jose and will blame it on fatigue slowly setting in.

It seems to me like Jose intentionally moves and forces his plyer towards the baseboards waiting for help.

If that is the case and the help is late, someone needs to step up. If its not the case Jose needs some serious lat drills.

Martin came into the game in the 2nd quarter, hit his first shot and then played some stellar D on Marbury with a steal that led to a fastbreak and a score. Cut the man some slack.

I wondered a few games ago...if TJ is going to be out a lot longer (which I guess he won't now that he's cleared to play), I'd give Delfino 5 minutes at the point...and yes, I am serious.

totally agree Jay. Throw Dix on the wing as a shooter if you need to play him, and let Carlos play a sort of point-forward role for a few minutes a game. better than dix at the point or d-mart for any time at all, that's for sure.

Im agree with that, altough is yet to proof Jay, he clearly wants to do it, cause sometimes he brings the ball up even if Calderon is there.

I've been thinking that too over the last little while. He's probably better suited to run the team than Dixon and Martin, well.....

Not only would it be better than Dixon or D-Mart, it would provide him with a better sense of when to take shots and when not to. For those who weren't around back in the summer...which is um...most of you, I said when he was signed that he can get a little shot happy, even when he is slumping. Running the point for a few minutes could work like a refresher course in how to create good looks for others, seeing when they SHOULD be taking a shot and thereby reinforcing when HE should be taking shots.

after watching that horrid outing by NY... i only have one question: how the hell is isiah thomas still employed?

the knicks have absolutely zero passion... they play as if they are half asleep and really dont give a rats ass...

i actually feel sorry for their fans.

ok, maybe not.
i hate NY fans.
