No TMac tonight for a 2nd consecutive game, so let's see if we can continue our stellar defensive play from last night. Raps in a close one.

Predict and discuss!

Despite my criticism of Bargs (I still love him) I think he's going to come out and present some issues for Yao. Im expecting a big game out of him and I dont know why. Scola can't handle Bosh, we win big if he mixes things up tonight.
Props for the game threads as usual Doc.

We had a great chance to win this one. Really bad shooting night.
 @ Bosh for not taking it to the rim more

I was still on the way back from Montreal while the game was on, so caught a chunk on the radio and some on TV, so nothing really to say about it other than I love watching Yao "run" back down the court to get back on D. Looks like he is running with ski boots on.

Bargs just cant seem to get both sides of the game goin at the same time. He played good D on Yao tonight(dont let the 25 pts fool you, he had less than half of those vs Bargs) but couldnt hit the side of the barn. That wide open 18 footer he missed it just didnt look like he had his legs under him. Hopefully his offence returns by Friday.

What the hell is bosh' jump shootin ass doing settling for the jumper late in the game, I hate this guy, cant make smart decisions when the game is on the line.

He's got all the skills in the world, but i guess you need the brains to go along with it if you wanna be succesful.

BC if your reading this trade Bosh now!!!!!

Well when your 12 -36 in your last 2 games the defence will give you the outside shot.Unfortunately Bosh does not yet realize that his strength is his drive to the basket. If Bosh can't make his jump shot teams will just back off and let him wail away.

Trading Bosh is ridiculous unless your getting Dwight Howard in return and we all know that Orlando isn't parting with him, nor would they be that stupid.

Anyhow, this team needs another viable option on offense and a consistant one. Someone like a Cory Maggette, but not as injury prone. Not having another consistant scorer that can average 20+ ppg hurts us more than one would think. Bosh is shouldering the load on offense which allows opposing teams to counter-attack and affect our offense when they double or even triple team Bosh at times. Having that other scoring options that we hoped Bargnani would be would help us improve immensely.

Lets not get carried away talkin bout trading Bosh or Bargs. This is still a very good young team with TONS of potential and we still got more wins than losses. There is a very good chance they can rebound from all of this - we've shown we can beat elite teams like Dallas and San An. IMO, we've got the players we need, they just need to play to their potential. Its all on Sam Mitchell motivating them and Bosh leading by example as our franchise player.
