WE WUZ ROBBED!

Do we have a chance of having the game reversed? I mean all they have to do is set up their own clock on the play, and it's easily a basket. That's a win. Plus this is the asshole Hawks scorekeepers.

Though even if we lose, it might help us in the end. Though if we get 7th by one game, this will be infamous.

Why not more minutes for Bargs , caldy amd mooner. These 3 guys show a good line on the box score but only around 21 -22 minutes of play time. The only 3 to be on the floor and finish with a plus.

For the record.

One of the more nicely exicuted plays off a time out ever. Nicely done Tj.

I saw the replay it was a outstanding play however why were we in that position to begin with, I missed the game last night. Very surprised to see that we lost.

Heck yes!

I'm actually not all that mad about yesterday's game. Probably the fact that Liverpool didn't lose in Champs. LEague has something to do with my mood. Jays game was also pretty good too.

Anyways, The way i see it, we "won" the game and TJ was good.

Good game until the 4th...amazing last play...screwed over again but really we shouldn't have been tied that late. Very disapointing.

We were ROBBED, alright.

But our defense should not have let such a situation happen by allowing Atlanta to catch up in the first place.

I'd like the coaching staff drill defense for the remaining regular games.

I can't help noicing very little chatter about the ovetime situation.

When Toronto was down, why was Bargnani sitting?

The game was still salvageable with 2 mins remaining, but toronto needed shooters that could get thier shot off.

I was miffed by that

You know SJ, that's a very good question, but I don't think anyone can actually think of a reason why he was sitting.

Maybe he did something defensively that same didn't like?

I'm thinking it was Rasho. Rasho was playing so well, and is a better defender/rebounder...both things we were getting killed at last night. Atlanta went small and while I suppose Sam coulda gone with Andrea, Rasho and Bosh...we would have gotten more killed on D. Sucks to be Andrea..even when you're doing well there's an experienced guy doing better.

Just my opinion.

But if that's the case then I think I have some problems with it. IF Bargs is having a great game shouldn't he gain that experience? I mean this entire season has been teaching Bargs about defense and rebounding, shouldn't you then as a coach, if you have taught him these things, put him in that situation and see how he does? How does anyone that expect him to grow?

And really, did having Rasho out there make a big difference? I dunno, again, we had Rasho out there, didn't do much, why not go to Bargs then? Could it have hurt? What's funny is, if it was Bargs out there on the court when the team was being outscored, I guarantee you he'd be out of the game. Let's just face it, Sam loves his vets over youth.

IIRC Bargs went back to sleep in the second half.

Or we could have just put in our starting lineup who shot like 80% in the 3rd and was very active on defence, but thatd make too much sense for the Smitch.

I think(and Sam said last nigth) this point in the season is about getting your main guys ready for the playoffs...experimenting and developing playesr is done for the year. Rasho was on fire and he's going to be more relied on in the playoffs than AB. I think it would have hurt to put Bargnani in for Rasho..defensively and rebounding not to mention they just couldn't guard Rasho...he could have had 30 if not for a couple easy misses and a few more passes run for him...that's no exagerration ..he was on last nigth.

while I generally agree with your post, I can't help by comment that Rasho had 4 rebounds to Andreea's 3 ... Considering the amount of minutes they played, that's actually less. Another funny thing is how Rasho starts to play more and more like Andreea, more and more long jumpers, even 3pt shots (it's beyond me why would you give the ball to a big guy 25ft from the basket with 2 seconds on the shot)

True, last night Rasho didn't get the boards but categorically he's a better rebounder than Andrea.

As for that last shot..yeah that was weird. I can only assume he was out there to leave the paint open for Bosh, but they doubled Bosh and he was open. Weird play but it worked
