and yes, Bosh is still a pussy - just because we won, that doesn't change a thing - he still can't defend. Thornton is shooting 40% this season - there's a reason for that. Anytime you defend someone like Thornton, common sense dictates to back up, let him shoot the long J. Bosh crowded him in those final possesions, allowing him to do what he does best, penetrate. If he was a smart defender, Bosh would have known that. Maybe Sam should have pointed it too - but good defenders know these things on their own.

wrong - he is not. He's just quicker - it's not the same thing. Parker killed TJ last year, Kidd killed him in the playoffs, one with his speed, the other with his strength.

Thornton lit up Josh Smith, Artest and Bruce Bowen. The kid is good.

convinced that Raptors fans are only happy when they're unhappy.

Milk - are you still going to insist that TJ isn't a true pg, that he's more like an Iverson?

no - and I never said that. All I said is that he thinks himself as Iverson and he tries too often to do too much, when he should concentrate in getting his teammates involved. I don't like a point guard who takes more than 2-3 shots in a row, and TJ oftern has spurts when he shoots 4-5 times or more. A smart point guard would use his hot hand to help the other players get open shots - when TJ gets hot, you can forget about passing.

yep, I agree wiht moremilks in the fact that thats Tjs biggest flaw. In todays game when Calde was hot as hell, he got some passes for delfino that was hot two, and between both+rashos great defense on duncan, they got us back in the game.

When Tj is hot he tries to do too much, sometimes thats good, but IMO hes court vision blocks a little when he is scoring. At least that was before the injury against Atlanta, he looked really good the last games, except today. Evans did good in not putting Tj because he is struggling with his shot since his return, and we needed great shooters to back in the game. And it worked.
