I believe we'll split this back-to-back with the Wiz. Difference being that each team takes their own home game. So, Wiz win Tuesday and we take Wednesday. Only fair.

Predict and discuss!

we have a slight advantage, the first game when we're rested is on the road, the second one with both teams tired will be at home. Probably won't make a difference - and it is crucial to get at least one win, otherwise bye-bye season series. And it might be significant at the end of the season.

I'm feeling Kapono will have some big games. The man is due! especially with his shooting touch. he can't be this cold for long.

Bargnani should also continue his improvement of late.

1-1 will be probable, but i think Toronto takes BOTH games.

I think it's gonna be tough. Espescially in Washington. They're a good team and very well coached and Butler is VERY underrated by the majority of the league. I say we lose there but win handidly at home.

Well normally I'd be somewhat pessimistic, but I'm hoping we're getting on a mini-streak of some sort.

Raps take this one.

Theyre playing like shit the past 3 games, we caught em at the right time I think. Maybe their magic is finally starting to wear out without Arenas carrying them.

We are on a mini run and we have had a few days rest.

It comes down to penetration; if Calderon gets into the lane against their PG's and Bosh dominates, we can take this game rather easily; if we decide it's one of those games we don't feel like playing defence, then they can heat up from 3 point range, and Roger Mason will hit 5 treys and Butler will nuke us from all over.

So, it could go either way, but I think we have a good chance of this one. Bosh and Calderon are playing GREAT in January and Bosh has to want that player of the month trophy...

Honestly though, they lost to Milwaukee without Redd and CV, and it took a miracle to even get it into OT(That miracle being Milwaukees sucktitude. Milwaukee had 10 point lead with 1 minute left and gave up like 3 straight offensive rebounds after a hit FT, it was really odd to watch).

This is a game where Bargs really has to be good underneath, whether its boxing out Jamison or Haywood especially. If he doesnt do that we gotta put Rasho in for most of the game.

I expect Kapono to be big.

Ummm yeah, it would be good that kapono had a big game again, although I expect I big game by our starters today and and a big game for the bench tomorrow at home.

The Wizards just announced that they will be without forward Caron Butler for tonight's game at Verizon Center against the Toronto Raptors.

Butler suffered a strained left hip flexor in Sunday's 105-102 overtime loss to Milwaukee. Wizards coach Eddie Jordan said Butler will probably miss tomorrow night's game in Toronto and that the team will play it by ear from there.

The Wizards have Thursday off and then play host to the Utah Jazz on Friday.

Butler is enjoying a career year, averaging 21.9 points, 7.0 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.4 steals. Jordan said third-year forward/center Andray Blatche will start in place of Butler. Blatche has spent the majority of the season coming off the bench as the Wizards' backup center.

Wow we are lucky, although in part I wanted all the team to be there, so if we won it would be a sicological victory, and also a way to be prepared against a plausible match up for the playoffs.

not looking bad, too relaxed and not bad defense by bargs, but again bad shooting.
