the pizza thing is more like an insider joke, it's not supposed to be serious. When you pay 10 bucks for a bag of popcorn and can of coke, do you honestly think anybody gives a fuck about a $2 pizza slice?

Beside, most people don't bother to even pick it up (you can only do it the next day). Best thing to do is to follow Doug's advise and give it to the homeless.

Ahhh yes ... even Doug Smith is peeved with the Pizza offer and the fans reaction.

That booing over the pizza? That’s entirely bush league. Embarrassing. I know it’s a drum I like to beat but, really, just cheer or sit on your hands or walk out of the building to go get a beer. Booing in the final minute of a 42-point win cheapens everything.

Okay, I was at the game last night.

The booing at the end of the game is embarrassing. We (real fans) did pop a pretty good cheer after the buzzer but WTF, booing in a 42 point win? Where are we Philly? I had a mentally challenged (probably Leafs fan) guy sitting two seats over calling all the players a bum because he didn't get his free pizza. Some of us got him pretty hard. One guy even tossed a toonie at him and said, "I know you probably really need it so here's two bucks for a pizza and shut the hell up."
- during the intros for Miami, the only recognizable name was Ricky Davis. I told my friend that this was going to be the biggest blowout in history for the Raptors. At halftime, my friend asked if I bet on the game. Too bad I didn't.
- Miami is seriously just tanking the season. There is no way an NBA team or D-League team can shoot below 30%. It wasn't like every shot was contested. They missed open jumpshots, shot a lot of airballs, and missed a lot of layups.
- If the Raptors fans puts the same pressure on the players as Leafs fans do, we're in trouble.
- Jamario's dunk off the rebound was the sickest in game dunk of the year. Joey Graham receives honorable mention for either a game against the Knicks or a team which I forgot.
- There is a new Black on Black jersey selling in store. It's Fugly.
- This was considered a "Premium" game at the start of the year. hahahahahahaha.

That's inevitable .... but just as long as we don't suffer as long as Leaf fans have then I'll be fine.

Agree but when you start booing your own players, is he suppose to get better quicker? Yes, they're professional athletes but I'd feel more motivated to perform better if the fans cheered me on rather than get booed. Hell, if I'm TJ right now, I'd feel more isolated than ever before. In a team sport, you never want to feel isolated.
