![]() Outside of the drought and defensive lapse at the start of the 4th quarter, these guys played amazing defense for the majority of the game. I hope Bosh, Bargs and Ford were paying attention. ![]() |

![]() I think we played our best forth quarter I can remeber. I said in the other thread that we struggle in the forth but we killed them today. That Delfinos pass between someone from Charlotte legs was sick

![]() I really cant understand why he doesnt use Dixon as a PG. Imagine most of those shots Martin got going in. Anyway I think Martin really helps with chemistry in the team, put him as a coach.

![]() Dixon isnt a PG, thats why. Dixon will just go around the usual screen rolls ONLY looking for his own shot, at least Dmart sometimes has the smarts to back it out and dish it off or make the quick pass, Dixons just looking for space to shoot.
It's funny now that I think about it how the fans booed Martin for not taking an ill advised shot, even if it was for the pizza, the world is a funny place. |

![]() Yeah, that whole pizza promo is an embarassment. The team pulls a win out of their ass and not just that, a decisive win with out it's three big guns and the fans reward them by booing.
For every nice play Hump made, he made an equally stupid one. I love Jose too, but he needs to stop whinning everytime he goes to the bucket and doesn't get the foul. Get back and play D... |

![]() Oh yeah and McInnis is a little pussy. It would've been classic if the lights went out and a spotlight appeared on the tunnel from the dressing room and Oakley comes flying out onto the court and bitch slaps him.

![]() Before you talk about how much Hump blows (hehe...Humpblows), let's remember that he is doing exactly what the Raptors need him to do (rebound, play tough D), but even more than that, this is what we got in return for Hoffa. FOR HOFFA.

![]() Hump has hands of stone and sometime's thinks he's a guard.
Here's a prime example of what bugs me about him. He makes a great block tonight on the defensive end and starts running down the floor, he gets to the top of the key, bumps into Moon disrupting both of their paths to the basket and prevents Calderon from passing to them as the streak to the basket. |

![]() picky picky.
Look... Hump was great last night. Sure he made a few offensive/mental mistakes, but the man played a near perfect game. Every player is entitiled to a few hiccups when everything else he does is good and well within the flow of the game. I guess Graham took my earlier posts to heart, because the guy SHOWED UP last night. Those two dunks got me going. SICK WICKED NASTY!!! My wife who was marking papers in the other room told me to be quiet twice. Even his jumpers looked great. What can you say about Moon. He has single handedly turned us into a good defensive team. and last but not least: Calderon. wow. just fucking wow. I am positive that Colangelo will lock him up. Without hesitation. He WILL be a raptor for a long time. Those two consecutive dribbling school possesions were also big highlites for me. All in all, a very well played game by every raptor who stepped on the floor. I'll even refrain from bashing Martin. BRing on the SUNS! |
