For some reason, I'm sensing something with the players attitudes..

I love Casey as a coach and the defensive mindset he brought in this year, but something is seriously wrong.

This kind of game could get a coach fired..

dude, are you serious? Did you watch this game, it was a fucking disgrace. Bargnani was among our best players tonight anyway, but that's not even the point. I haven't seen such a bad game in years, last I remember was the game in Atlanta when Bosh was still with us and it was a similar beatdown.

The coach SHOULD be fired, but he won't because of the special circumstances. it doesn't even matter if it's his fault or not, we can't fire our players and clearly something has to change because it's not working.

The only solution BC has is a trade, and the only tradeable player we have is Bargnani, so I think we will see a bad, desperation-time trade coming.Something like bargnani, jose, ross and a future first for Gasol etc, where we trade away our future such as it is.

I just don't understand WHY they can't play defence? WIDE open shots everywhere on the court. All their wins come with allowing the opponents score under 100. Just play DEFENCE and you have a good shot???

it requires effort and they don't feel like giving it right now, there's clearly something rotten there. Could be the players are upset Bargnani is still starting, or maybe they don't trust Casey or maybe they're just idiots who think they're better than they are. One thing is certain, there is NO WAY this team can't play a whole lot better. We're too good to be this bad.

baring a miracle, rest assured, he's done. I would take 100/1 odds that he's gone unless he pulls a rabbit and the chances are low, because now every other team smells blood. They all know BC is desperate, and they're all looking to scam us.

Right now it's probably a race between us and the lakers, who can hold off for longer. There's a good chance that we'll be trade partners soon, but whoever folds first will lose this trade.

It does feel now like he's lost the team. But it's not much of a team to lose. It's more like he has not been able to keep it's split personality from coming apart altogether.

I was talking about the game in Atlanta, we lost something like 140 -100, and after that game they had a player meeting and then we won back to back in Washington and Chicago and I think we beat chicago by 30 points or so on a B2B ...

who knows, ideally, we'd ship him somewhere for prospects. I think it's nearly certain that he gets traded though. Because the reason he sucks now must be his knees, the fact that he plays with howard is bogus, bynum had a fairly similar style of play and they got along just fine. With sessions/blake/fischer as their starting PGs.

I bet the lakers already know Gasol's problems are health related, but they may be waiting to see if he gets healthier. If they feel the problems are not likely to go away, he'll be shipped. Even if he was better it might make sense to ship him, depending on what they get. With 3 hall of famers on the roster, they would be better off having some depth, they don't need star power from him. It's hard enough to keep 3 all star getting their shots ...

BC will go first, because the new GM will probably need some time to bring his own coach, unless he's unemployed. Most likely BC will not be renewed in the summer, but they will announced it after the deadline and start the search so we have a new GM before the draft.

And it'd better be a good GM, somebody with experience in rebuilding a team from ground up.
