despite the hooplah i still say he's more NBA-ready than Davis. Looking at Davis that guy will get eaten up down low for two maybe three years. Valanciunas is much better suited to battle down low now, and for a few years. Not to mention a much more polished back to the basket game.

I think it is more likely..... which I'm allowed to do..... based upon what I've seen of AD. I don't buy all the hype on him and don't see his offensive game translating to the pros. I see a Marcus Camby/Tyson Chandler type whereas with JV I see a Lamarcus/Tim Duncan style of game which I think is more balanced on both sides of the ball. AD will likely be flying around a lot but I think he's not going to look as athletic in the NBA as he did against college kids.
