Oh, and it's too bad Val isn't on this list.

Don't see Leonard being the guy.

I like him, but with the flux of very talented 3's in next years draft, I don't think the Raptors will be rushing to grab a 3.

The guys I like most at the top of this draft are Knight and Jonas.

Looks like this draft can be the K-Mart draft all over again.

Only if one of them learns how to shoot from distance. Having two wing players that can't shoot the 3 will make the Raptors much easier to defend.

DeRozan and Harrison Barnes, on the other hand ---

Leonard is FAR more of a risk than Bismack. Leonard = poorman's james johnson. Bismack is everything we need with unmatched potential. I'd be UBER pissed if picked Leonard over Bismack or even Jones V/Kemba

I just want to see the Raps involved in a deal. That would make the night more entertaining at least.

I don't see Toronto picking Leonard, I woudn't worry. Johnson is trim and coming back fighting, and he's as good if not better already.

Truth is, NONE of these guys knows who is picking who. It's the same year in and year out.

True, but usually there's a better idea of who we'll take. In 09 we pretty much knew we were taking Derozan. In very good draft years the #5 pick would be a lot more towards one or two players. This draft, unless Knight drops nobody has a clue, which I guess again speaks to the depth of the draft

Hope we get Kemba Walker. (But I think Cleveland might take him)

Cleveland will take Irving apparently so they won't take Walker.

Hope we take the best talent available. Learn from past drafts. You could always trade.

Please let this be true,

Quote:
• Utah is deciding among four players at No. 3 with two of them likely not within its reach. If Irving and Williams are indeed gone by the time they come on the clock, the Jazz are leaning toward Kanter over Brandon Knight of Kentucky, but that remains a fluid discussion for management.

^^^ I really hope that's true as well. If we draft Knight, and acquire an additional pick for Biyombo, I will travel far to spread the word of Bryan Colangelo to Tibetan monks.

Amir Johnson will probably need to be traded. Since I dont see Bargnani being moved, and Ed Davis looks to be a keeper.

i still prefer kemba over knight...knight has better defense, height and speed RIGHT now... i think down the road kemba will be a better player or even star down the road..

I am not sold on Knight AT ALL and a lot of analysts also question whether he will ever become NBA starting PG.

As far as drafting a SF - a huge question mark, IMO, whether any one of those guys is going to be better than JJ.

If Draft experts like Chad Ford & Jonathan Givony say Brandon Knight is on top of BC draft board at No. 5, I'll go with BC. Take out the 2006 draft, BC has made some pretty good draft choices with Toronto and Phoenix. I kinda like the defense stud at the point guard postion. Knight is an offensive weapon with a high IQ who can learn the job. Charles Barkley said you only need 2 or 3 star player who can put the ball in the basket, the rest of the players can be role/glue players.
