Why not? Two teams in one building, great for concerts, even circus. Of course it'd be lucrative.

Well, since we are nitpicking...

It depends on where you put a missing apostrophe. If it was supposed to read " America's ", then your sarcasm is well placed. If, on the other hand, it was meant to be " Americas' ", then it's all right since ACC is in North America and as such is definitely part of the "Americas".

the MLSE runs an amazing ship, and RARELY do they concern themselves with on ice/court performance.

Well wouldn't the performance of the team depend on the money that is made. So if a team is winning the company or person that owns it will make more money and that will make the arena more lucrative or profitable

No surprise.Leafs sell out every game,Raptors sell out the majority of their games and there are a tone of big concerts every year.
