Arrow First four in for workouts today.

Quote:
Seriously, kids start pouring in for individual workouts here in Toronto this week, although you never know who’s going to show up until you actually get in the gym, which is another delightful part of the whole process.

Anyway, the four kids who are in today are a couple of guards, 6-4 Willie Warren of Oklahoma and 6-3 Avery Bradley of Texas, and a couple of forwards, Gordon Hayward of Butler and Stanley Robinson of Connecticut.

point guard without PG skills, another white SF and two second rounders when we have no 2nd round picks
looks promising

I don't think you've seen Stanley play, he's a high energy guy like a poor G Wallace
good for a late first

I like the idea of Avery coming in... dude has a world of talent, and could be a steal at 13 if he can transition to the pg position... I'm also hopeful one of our three overpaid pg's is shipped out... maybe two of them too.

Another thing that has to be taken into account is they have to look at players from the first and second round because who knows what picks we might get via trades (ie: Bosh, Caldy, Hedo....). They i'm sure will aquire a pick or two along the way.

Definitely would like Avery and he's from Texas just like Bosh ^_^. Get Rid of hedo+caldy+bank for Iggy and whoever or to Dallas for Butler+Haywood?

Yes I think picking Bradley would be good also texas is known to produce talents that are NBA ready rather than focusing on winning now - Aldridge, Durant, Augustin.

Nice. I noted on here before that I am very big on Lance Stephenson and would love for the Raptors to add another pick late first and get him. He is a very talented player who has loads of potential.
