Great Lebron meme.

Any word on the severity of Amir's injury from last night?

It's going to take a much better effort to win this time, as I expect Kyrie to really want to prove something after one of his worst games of the season last time vs the Raps. I still like our chances though.

Raptors 95 Cavs 87

PLEASE WIN!

Raptors 97
Cavs 93

If not for work, was going to go to the game with some of my Cavs fans but that got shot down earlier this week! So now I hope they watch the Raptors win in person without me.

Because they will be looking for revenge against us and if we could pull out this win, it would prove that we're in good condition right now.

Feeling optimistic about the raps.

Kyrie deserves a better team
And we could lose anyway without Amir

Kyrie doesn't deserve s***.
That team is deeper and more talented than ours.
They shouldn't be in the position they're in right now...

Man, still amazed at the over rating of Amir. And why does Kyrie deserve a better team? What is this, his third season? He needs to grow the fuck up.

To say we could lose to Cleveland because Amir is out....sorry but that is overrating him imo. You don't think he's even the slightest bit overrated around here?

Edit; Just heard on the radio, Amir is expected to play.....guess we should win now.

Seems to be a trend that Toronto fans either over rate or under rate their players.

Amir is exactly what he thinks he is. A role playing big that doesn't mind doing the dirty work and trusts his teammates to use him as an advantage. He's a 100% team guy that wont win you games on his own, but everyone misses him when he isn't there.

It's def a positive when he is in the line up.

Well said. His drop off in play the past month or more is some cause for concern although I feel that he's been battling injuries. Guy is tough and always wants to play.

Only thing I'd add is that I think most NBA teams over/under rate their own players. When you watch every game that a team plays it's easy to develop a bias one way or the other.

I think when people talk about Amir's importance to the team they mean his glue-guy role and blue collar play, and those are hard things to measure. I don't know how the Raps would fare without him, not something I'm eager to find out either...

I like Amir a lot, but even if he was out tonight, I trust Psycho T and Patterson enough to do the job against the Cavs. I think we're fine with either of these two in the starting line-up.

Just have to pound that rock!
