If we cant get our shit together, it wouldnt matter if we played Washington, Bobcats, Heat, Indiana, Chigaco or BKN.

I do know we arent playing against Atlanta, but thats how far down the standings you have to look to find a team that would lose to us if we play like we have played for two-three weeks now.
I figured that is what you meant, but the way you said it was kinda incorrect. You wrote,

To be honest. The way we are playing defense lately, I see us having a tight series against Atlanta. Anyone else we lose easily. So getting our shit together is much more important than matchup.
When you should have wrote something like this to be clear,

Backwards. We need the Nets to win (but it doesn't matter). We need the Bulls to LOSE. Then if we win our last 2 we're the 3rd seed.

What are the odds Washington catches the Nets??? Wouldn't we want the Nets to lose so that if we finish 4th we'd play Washington??

No, pacers are going to get first seed. Their magic number is 1, so either a win by them or a heat loss gets them 1st. So now we need 4th seed because the heat are 2nd. The Wizards still have a chance at 5th seed if they win their remaining games and the nets lose their remaining games. So there is still a chance we get wizards first round pacers in the second

Man, i'm watching the Brooklyn-Orlando game.....still not that impressed by the Nets. Not sure what it is, but something is missing with that team and Deron Williams just doesn't look anything like he used to be.....he's a shadow of his former self. If we play them we need to attack the fuck out of their front court and play inside out, KG/AK look old as dirt.

Even though the game was a little sloppy at times, I'm glad the Raps pulled off the win.

That was quite a horrible win. Granted, that frontline of Pistons can make any opponent look silly, but the absence of any wing resistance defending pick-and-rolls was appalling.

Was Casey talking about Theo Ratcliff?? I hope not. Drummond is more of a beast/ prototypical big man IMO, although Ratcliff was a great shot blocker.

Wtf is with Patrick Patterson lately. TH and he have played the worst defense imaginable.

DeMar and Lowry look ready for the post-season at least. The team as a whole just really looks like they could use a couple really good practices to firm up the defense. And I don't know how iffy Amir is. If he can get back to near 100 percent it would help a lot. Tyler never was a great defender. Patterson is good depending on the matchups. And everyone looks better when Amir is able to contribute like he can. The perimeter D could use some good practices for sure.

everything will come down to wednesday vs NY.

They will be play their 3rd game in 4 nights on the second game of a b2b.

well, unless of course we lose tomorrow to milwaukee........in which case we would deserve to end up 4th place.

The Knicks improve to 20-18 without Bargnani.....just sayin'....completely different team when he is missing versus when Woodson had to play him.

think chandler missing a large chunk of those games with Bargnani in was far more important ...
