Dallas + OKC = Combined 25-2 at home going into this weekend and we beat them both. Nobody saw that coming. Lol

I bet you were celebrating like a mad man when Uzoh had a triple double, and Big Alabi had 20 rebounds to essentially screw us out of getting a 5-7 range pick.

I'm tired of mediocrity, and as nice as these wins are, we're going to end up going through the same yearly cycle and nothing good coming out of it.

The best case scenario for you non tankers is a 1st round playoff loss, losing Lowry, and getting a mid round pick. Does that sound good to you?
Yes, if it stops your whining.

I wonder if Sixers fans were this delusional when their team beat the Heat.

You may be right in Lowry wanting out, but let's say we finish the season with a 45-37 record, I can't see Lowry wanting to leave because he knows that he will be the starter here and not many contending teams are going to offer him a decent payday, plus a starting role. Having the ability to offer him those two things will be key in getting him to stay if the organization wants to keep him. If we keep playing like this I would try to win the division and get some playoff experience for our young guys. If MU wants to blow it up come draft time, then that is his choice, but I don't want to see us trade everyone if we keep this play up just because we are hoping for a high draft pick. Yes, I know I was one of those people, but I also realize that no draft pick is a guarantee to be star player, it's all a calculated risk.

When we had that loss to Charlotte and I saw the sked of the road trip, I was thinking we had finally met that cliff we're suppose to drop off, maybe we might still meet it but not before Christmas

Funniest thing about this post is that you think we have a chance to finish bottom-3. Unless we trade JV, Amir, DD and Lowry we aren't getting a top-5 pick with this team, there's so many terrible teams out there.

I just try Enjoy the games. Watch the young talent we do have develop. I trust Ujiri to get us a very good player in this draft regardless of where we are picking.

Honestly dude this organization, no matter what regime, is just like Casey and some of his decisions like smallball - f**k logic.

I'm starting to wonder how long it'll take before Ross loses his starting job to Salmons....

The team is building character and chemistry, and it's coming from the lunch-pail guys, AJ & KL, who are setting the tone. That character and chemistry will go a long way to help KL decide what he chooses. In the mean-time, we got the PG that we thought we were getting when we traded our pick to Houston. Let this play together for now. Masai really is cool.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was by our next game. Though I think Casey will give him between 3-5 more and then he will get the hook.
