I'm loathe to give up DD (I'm sure this is clear to all by now). It's a guards game these days... has been for years now. DD's the best one we've had since VC.... and he seems to want to be here (or at least he DID before these last 2 games).

Ideally I'd keep DD and JV while getting Rondo but I just can't see any way that that happens.... unless we part with our pick (which could still be worth it).

To be fair Hansbrough is playing amazing right now and well beyond what he's getting paid. Gay on the other hand...

Casey was clearly unable to communicate a defensive focus going down the stretch. No clear adjustment to handle Curry off the screens, and no clear strategy as to what they wanted to take away or give up. They were overrating and leaving open shooters when they did such a good job through three quarters.

Offensively - definitely not on Casey.

Jonas' final play on the court; he catches the ball at the free throw line, JO is playing underneath the rim, and Jonas doesn't even look at the net. He dribbles like a scared kitten trying to find it's mommy to take the ball for him.

Without a doubt he needed to leave.

But then Amir came in, and despite playing well, he also appeared to have no desire to make a big play down the stretch. Same with Hansbrough.

All of that most likely a result of the poor ball movement in previous games. Hopefully if they keep the ball moving out of the gate the bigs on the team will start to grow some balls for the fourth quarters because you can't win basketball games playing 3 on 5.

Good observation in regards to the previous games and poor ball movement effecting the current play/game. Bad habits/lack of experience adds up quickly.

I'd love to be in the mind of some of the players during the game.

The fact that I fell asleep halfway through the third quarter was a god send. Having to watch this pathetic team give up a 20point lead while also letting the other team score rt in the quarter (they scored this many in the entire first half) is just pathetic. And with MU and it assessment year..... get ready for a nice high first round lottery pick! 10-15 here we come!!!!!!!!

this game reminded me of kobe's 81 point performance..
I don't know what else the Raptors could have done.. the momentum was so strong from G State..

I don't really put blame on Casey, but Rudy has to go... it's Demar's team now, but Rudy doesn't like to feed the hot hand.. he was taking dumb shots while we were up, little stupid mistakes like that open the door for a comeback.. a quick shot here and there from Rudy, a 3 from Golden State.. etc

he gets bumped and loses the ball like a video game when the player isn't strong lol, then he takes quick shots.. damn man.. it's like Bargnanni all over again

This is exactly what i was just about to post.... I cant remember another loss that was this BAD other then the 81 dropped on Raps by Kobe years back...

I had a feeling all day that something was going to go down during this game and i stayed up to watch it... It started off with them playing amazing and im thinking shit maybe the feeling is that this is the game where they go on a roll and tear it up and build on something?

BUT NOPE

This turned into one of the most epic losses of ALL TIME!

i was thinking the same thing during the game yesterday.
he don't seem to care. all he does his the Gay-show !

the momentum was enormous. But The raps did a bad job during the last quarter.
2quarter and a half one of excellence. and then it was old habits selfish play all over again.

and you're right Gay need to go.

How did Klay get off all those threes? Curry seemed to be able to drift in and out of the paint effortlessly. It's not all on Gay, let's not be fools to our own mediocrity.
