+2

I am starting to get on the Jose train now 17 assists? WTF He has 5 14+ assists games & 2 triple doubles, imagine he was starting the whole time?

I love Lowry's game but he better know that he is going to have to fight now to get back his starting spot. IMO

& I am loving AA's play if it continues we no longer need a SF for a couple of seasons at least!

PS trade Bargs ASAP!

Derozan doesn't close out well or under pressure. Was thinking that maybe (just maybe) we could sell high. I think he has improved and bulked up, but he has been a big reason for a lot of the close game losses...

yeah he doesn't, AA is clutch, when i watched him prac at Portland when he was injured, (couple of games before he came back) he was making 8/10 threes

I wonder where we'd be if we stayed healthy.

Did you just call Anderson inconsistent in comparison to Kleiza? I like Kleiza but his biggest knock is his lack of consistency.

Ok,I see what you're saying and there's some truth to it but who could you realistically get for him that you know for a fact closes out better and under pressure?

Any criticism of the way Jose played defence in this one?

He had a good game, great assist numbers. Going to make it hard for Case' when Lowry comes back.

Honestly at this point, Lowry's going to be coming off the bench when he comes back. It's going to be up to him to excel. He'll likely still get 25mpg and some games maybe more depending on who is playing better that game. Here comes the 2PG lineup for 8-10mpg.

That's just BS. That's on Casey's late game calls. and bad mixtures. Our prime offensive players AKA Jose, Bargs and I'd say Lowry, but that's too early to say.. are the one who can't seem to rise to the occasion. However most of the team is pretty shitty in the clutch, honestly Demar doesn't even get that much of a chance in the clutch. He's BARLEY a reason for losing the close games. I love how he's the one who gets pointed out, but RARELY gets an opportunity to be the guy. I only re-cal one game winning attempt where I was thinking '... really?' However I blame that on lack of attempts given. The fact that it was a weird fadeaway makes me think that coulda been bad coach call again. I'm a Casey supporter, but his late game calls are bad.

I hope not. I sincerely hope not. Jose will start, Lowry will come off the bench until such time as he outplays the starter, preferably while involving his teammates more and more often. If that happens - we will see.

Demar has grown so much this season... I've never been a fan of his, but his overall play made me re-think my position on him and also makes that extension a very, very wise move. "Clutchiness" will come.

Besides, do you really expect all this to continue long term? At some point we'll lose 3-4 in a row. Right now everyone from AA to Ross are hitting 3's and evereything looks great. It was bound to happen, no way are we as bad as the record. The schedule is fairly soft the next month or so, hopefully this continues. If so i don't care who starts. But Kyle Lowry is too talented and imo will be needed to stay healthy and continue to get more comfortable with his teammates. I have confidence in his talent and abilities.

Consider, though, that not all of the players are having good games on the same nights. It's not like in these 4 wins everyone shined in every aspect of the game - but yeah, with our talent level they need at least 3 players at their high level to have a chance to win.

No, this won't go on forever - winning, that is. But the way they play together, the way they picked up team defence, the way the ball moves in our ugly, predictable offence - I hope that continues.

Edit: well, I wouldn't mind the offence getting less ugly, but I doubt that's possible under Casey.
