Prediction: Val with 15 pts and 8 rebounds and 3 blks, being our best big man on the floor going into the 4th. Gets benched the whole 4th for Bargs or a small ball line up with freakin anderson and we lose

we'll probably win this one and end up losing to the Bobcats in a couple weeks.

Prediction: Andrea drops 25 off the bench and breaks all of Hansbrough's teeth.

...Oh wait, that's my hope for the game not prediction.

How epic would it be to let injured Kleiza step on court for one possession just to injure Handsbrough

Should be a close game. This is a winnable game, and I'm expecting a better performance than the last two games.

Val plays awesome, with lead going into halftime then he gets benched half way through 3rd, Bargs, Alan Chuckerson and Lucas see more mins then anyone else on the bench. Ross and Telfair combined for DNP's

= LOSS

Yay Casey..

Hope they can win tonight, but they've shown a consistent desire to lose these past 2 games. Casey ignores what works and does what he prefers. Another 4th quarter benching for Val coming up, virtual DNP-CD for Ross and extended minutes for AA, Andrea and the awesome bench.

Even if DD and Gay have solid games Casey will sabotage it with a baffling lineup. Indiana is actually a very good team and won't roll over in the 1st quarter and allow us to build a lead. They'll pull away and put their foot down.

From the standpoint of the players, I'm sure guys like DD get frustrated watching Bargs or AA get trucked out there. They might like each other as players or friends and all, but they want to win. Those guys getting benched like Val or Ross are probably wondering what they're doing worse than Bargnani/AA. That's a way for coaches to lose their team, by giving minutes to players who don't deserve it.

Casey is on record saying the playoffs are an afterthought and it's a process, so why are we not playing our young players? Non-playoff teams that don't develop talent are pathetic and set up to fail. Val should be given every opportunity to succeed as starting C and Ross should be given every opportunity to be our 6th man, despite his mighty struggles. If AA and Bargs were playing half-decent and giving good veteran presence it would make sense to play them down the stretch but they aren't! Anderson is our 6th man when his role should be 11th man who fills in for injuries, early foul trouble or if you need a 2/3 to run the floor and not be completely lost.

edit: You look down Val's game logs and almost every game where he gets around 30 minutes he's done exceptionally well. ffs this is frustrating to look at! Even his mediocre games he gets around a double double.

I'm sure teammates got frustrated seeing Demar get starts for his first three years too, who cares. Teammates need to support eachother and not be so selfish when it suits them. If Demar is more concerned about AB, no wonder we can't win. Take care of your own business and then you can complain about a teammate. Don't let Beal and Dion to go off on you and lose to Washington and Cleveland back to back in games you had to have. This team needs more of a voice at the helm, Casey needs to get a grip on this team.
