Irving will tear Jose a new one if he is guarding him. Could get ugly.

Oh well, go Raptors.

Great chance for three wins in a row ... I expect an ugly physical game ...

Cleveland has some talent but they still suck, same as last year. People said the same thing about them. They're a year away.

Still gonna be tough for Toronto to win on the road because lets be honest, Raptors suck also. It is two equal teams. I hate Cleveland, I have $50 on the game with a friend so Toronto better pull this out! Last year I won some major $$$ with the 3 games/season record! I'm looking for a repeat!!!

I just found this today and sent it to all my Cleveland friends:

Quote:
What it is like being a Cleveland fan

Have you ever locked your keys in a running car?
Did you ever eat a bug on a dare?
Have you ever been forced to watch your parents make out
For an hour while you're tied to a chair?

It's like finding out your ex won the lottery
It's like crapping your pants on a date
It's like being stuck in an elevator all your life
With each and every single person you hate

Well that's what it's like
Being a Cleveland fan
That's what it's like
To follow Cleveland sports

It's like drinking a whole gallon of diesel fuel
Then saying, "Anyone got a light?"

That's what it's like being a Cleveland fan
That's what it's like

Did you ever try to take out your contact lense
With a rusty knife you found on the street?
It's like if someone handed you a puppy dog
Then made you watch while they put it to sleep
It's like finding out the wedding you're attending is dry
It's like a lap dance you get from your wife

That's what it's like being a Cleveland fan
That's what it's like

Have you ever seen your grandfather naked?
Did you ever stick your dick in a fan?
Have you ever brought a hot girl home from the bar?
Just to quickly realize she's a man?

But even though everything's so terribly bad
You gotta take it like a Clevelander should
And think about the motherfucking party we'll have
If we ever get to see something good

Well that's what it's like
Being a Cleveland fan
That's what it's like
To follow Cleveland sports

It's like finding out there's no Santa Claus
Each and every single day of your life

That's what it's like being a Cleveland fan
That's what it's like
GO RAPTORS!!!

It makes things easier for a new GM, assuming we are lucky enough to watch Colangelo expire. If the pick obligation is done, the new GM can do whatever it wants without that looming over his head. Also, with the Raptors luck, if we don't convey the pick this year, Lowry will probably get hurt next year, when Jose is not around to cover his back, and then we'll finish bottom 5 in a deeper draft and lose the pick.

Honestly, one of my biggest fears for 2013-14 is that Lowry plays fewer than 60 games, Jose is gone, and we lose a primo pick to OKC. NO WAY WE SHOULD EVEN RISK LETTING THAT HAPPEN.

Also, as a matter of pride, why help OKC? We should try to get as many wins this year and give them as crappy a pick as possible in a weak draft. The Thunder has been fortunate enough to have high picks in enough deep drafts. I like the team, but fuck 'em. We should have some fuckin' pride. If anything, I'd love this team to just show some pride. It's the one thing I like about not having an automatic pick to tank for.
Wise words Mr. Haverchuck

Great user name too I might add

Honestly I'm jealous.. They had Lebron, than they got Irving who will be a superstar in this league for many years. That's not all they have a young stud SG, (both on rookie contracts) Oh did I say we are lucky that Cavs were nice enough not to steal JV from us?
They will get another top 3 pick (my guess) this year, and will have a ton of capspace to do whatever the hell they want..
What do we have? a hope in Ross, JV and Ed who are all lightyears away of becoming starters. No Pick, no real direction (are we still rebuilding, do we blow it up?) Yet we have enough talent to keep us away from drafting a superstar. So if someone says that it sucks to be a Cleveland fan they have no idea what is it like to be a fan of the Raptors..

Sports Network) - Landry Fields is ready to return as the Toronto Raptors go in search of their second road win of the season tonight when they take on the Cavaliers in Cleveland.

Landry Fields, who has been out for more than a month following elbow surgery, is available to play but head coach Dwane Casey said he will be worked back in slowly.

if fields don't start the next 3 games, and casey keep the rotation whom win the last 2 games, i think we could be fine winning 2 or 3 of the next 3 !

please Coach, don't blow our hope to win some games !

Our next 3 games are against awful teams. We should win at least 2 of them.
