The pg combo, and Lucas learning his role, makes a trade inevitable.

Jose Calderon is a trouble-making, cannibalistic point guard assassin.

In other words, as soon as he gets an inch in the lineup, he makes coaches uncomfortable with taking him back out. If you think there where problems before, don't let Lowry lose his starting spot on this team. He'll torch this city.

Good thing he's a likeable guy.

Raptors keep winning, playoff push starts now. Very reasonable schedule right now gotta take advantage of these sub par teams. Alan Anderson might be the darkhorse for us, I love his game. Also anyone suggesting the reason behind our recent success is because Bargnani is absent are forgetting Lowry. He's the starting point guard, everything runs through him. Unfortunately he hasn't bought into the system thus far and isn't a facilitator. A shoot first point guard doesn't work on this team. We don't have a lebron or Kobe who can create his own offense, we have decent players like derozan and Bargnani who excell getting the ball in the right positions. Calderon is and should be the starter. 90 + team assists last three games= Playing as a team. I even think some of Bargnanis struggles can be attributed to Lowry, they don't mix well together.

I think when both Lowry and Bargnani come back they should come off the bench and earn their spots back. It's about accountability, Ed Davis gives more effort but offers less offensive production. Until Bargnani gives Casey a reason to start he stays on the bench, same with Lowry.

Also sorry for sPelling mistakes using my

Did Landry Fields play at all tonight?

If not, that explains the win.

Agreed, and with the easier schedule and us winning games he shouldn't come back until he's 100%

Ocho hit a lot shots tonight. Anderson's starting to shoot a lot better the last couple of games.

Agreed, I wouldn't rush him. Let him be at a full 100% before bringing him back. I don't want him labouring out there.

Meaningless with some, they only server to take Toronto. Into a position. In which they receive no Draft pick. Brutal.

Was deciding on Caldy or Anderson for Player of the Game. Had to give it up to Caldy.

I actually voted for Anderson. Anything less than a triple-double means Jose has under-achieved.

I actually want to lose the pick this year. Get it over with in a super weak draft.

Why would you want to keep it, and lose it in a future year with a stronger draft?

wrong, this year we need to lose the pick, because it's a weak draft and that will free up the next GM to tank if he decides to go that route. Not to mention that our protection will loosen up in following years.

Best scenario would be to finish 14th from the bottom, anything in the 10-14 range would be awesome. Playoffs are second best option along with winning the lottery ...

I think Lowry and Jose both need to be on this team to get back in the race, there is just too much risk in Lowry's health to have Lucas backing him up full time, so unless we can get someone better than Lucas to backup I don't think it's the right move.

If both of these guys can buy into a situation where they both will have to sacrifice minuets to make sure the team can compete, things would be looking good.
