FINAL: Raptors 101 Rockets 117

Lowry is either going to

A. Go off with 40+ points and a triple double against his old team

or

B. go 2 for 20, with a technical and foul out trying to be to aggressive.

ERaz 11-26-2012 10:53 PM

Toronto has a better roster top to bottom than Houston.

LET'S GO RAPTORS!!!!! 11-26-2012 10:56 PM

I really hope Jose is not guarding Harden at all, but at this point I wouldn't put it past Casey (especially with that awesome 2pg-combo he loves so much)

Raptors 99

Rockets 100

We're going to get killed. Houston is going to run 150 pick and rolls using Bargs' man and Harden is going to tear us a new one.

Raptors74 11-27-2012 12:09 AM

I can feel it, beginning of a 4 game win streak :police:

ClingRap 11-27-2012 12:27 AM

We're due for a win, aren't we? The tank doesn't even have a crew yet.

Toby 11-27-2012 03:28 AM

We could be looking at the reserve All-Star backcourts for both East and West in this game.

You're funny! :cookie:

Houston is the new OKC, that starting five is probably the most promising and talented five in the league. I love watching them. Even Patrick Patterson, their weakest starter, is still better than any PF we have... Their bench is so-so but not bad. They're going to be very good very soon.

Blowout loss.

I think this picture would fit better to introduce this game:

I thought I read somewhere that he got called back up from the Dleague after beasting there. He might get some PT after the Rocks are up by 30 and the game is over.

Well Calderon vs Lowry picture doesn't make much sense to me. Not much rivalry between them.
And just because D-mo doesn't get PT it doesn't mean he's bad. He is still better player than JV and look at JV's stats because he gets minutes. D-mo would have good stats too if they trusted in him at PF, not C or a bench warmer.

I'm gonna be extremely disappointed in Lowry if he tries to go Rambo and solo the Rockets. It will show a lot about his character if he does.

not. If he was, he'd be in the NBA from the get go.

Bargn88 11-27-2012 12:57 PM

I would think this game is extra special for him, and he's going to want to impress his former team.

But at the same time this is what worries me about Lowry...We saw his Mike James Mode activated late in the Detroit game, and a couple times in the Spurs game he was chucking deep 3's really early in the shot clock.

I think that will dissipate the more that he becomes familiar with his teammates and learns to trust and utilize effectively the offensive talents around him. JV is going to be a major factor offensively before all is said and done, he's just too long, too active and too talented to not be.
