If this doesn't get postponed we're going to lose this.

Raptors 91

Brooklyn 102

Its hard to see us winning this game in their stadiums opener. Their fans are going to be crazy, and their players are going to come out strong with a lot of energy. The only way we win this game is if we have 3 players have huge games, or we hit a barrage of 3s.

Brook Lopez is no Roy Hibbert.

JOVA is going to run wild.

I'm expecting an angry team on Saturday to make up for that break down.

Brook can also torch JV. Kyle Deron matchup is fun atleast.

Lopez isn't a great rebounder, hopefully JV can take advantage.

Lopez is skilled, but much smaller, JV should be able to handle him easily. And he's lazy, so it will be interesting to see how he handles JV's energy.

Lopez is a lot more skilled and has a more refined game in the low post than Hibber though. JVs gotta be ready for fakes and multiple moves and countermoves. But JV needs to take advantage of Lopez' lack of tenacity on the boards and hurt the Nets on both sides of the ball getting rebounds and extra possessions.

Bargnani and Derozan need to have big games to keep us in this one. Hopefully Caseys rotation is bettter in terms of not leaving his entire bench in in the 2nd qtr. We cant be having big droughts on the road vs good teams.

I had it chalked up as a loss in that prediction thread but I strongly believe the Raptors could surprise some people and walk away with the win. On Wednesday they should've won a game against one of the conference's better team, where two of their best offensive player's had a underwhelming outing. If Bargnani and DeRozan combine for at least 50,Toronto has a great chance of winning.

IMO we don't have any better a bench than they have. If anything it's pretty even.

Why are you so negative today. We are 0-1 after a close loss to a better team. How would u act around here if we were 2-10 on the season.
